I was put with a lovely lady Laura Stokes, she was very helpful kind and helped to understand anything that was needed! It has taken a long time to get this case sorted but Laura was there every step of the way.

Shockingly misleading scam artists: NEVER go to them, in this case, a Housing Repairs claim with the local council. They repeatedly state their costs/fees are 30% of what the council give you, but they also inflate their own costs, then bill the council separately without telling you, and effectively take over 91% of the money they receive from the council. Complete scam artists. Beware.

I had a case with them. The case was already finished in the court but instead of informing me, they kept telling me to wait and be patient!

2 years ago I had a car accident. I was stationary, waiting to turn right when I was hit from behind. I am very satisfied with this company and recommend it because I was compensated after the accident due to the perseverance and professionalism it showed.

Started off great but failed to support when needed. Was told that she had taken on more of a workload and reduced hours.
Finally gave in and supplied all necessary documentation to close the claim only for them to contact me saying they were no longer acting on my behalf.

Couldn't complain about a thing, I put my claim through during covid and dgm still managed to get the claim sorted quickly, Michelle Roberts is fantastic, she can't do enough to help.

They are Scam beware. They take all your details and do not contact for follow up your case after you send evidence. From febustay until now there has not been no follow up.
