2 seater recliner separates easily into 2 parts
I ordered a 2 seater leather recliner. Quality of leather is good and it is well made but the design is so poor and frankly heading towards dangerous. It is in 2 parts with left being separate to the right. It is hooked together with 2 small hooks at the base to make it a single sofa. Use the arm rest to push yourself up and they separate and tip. Move the sofa and they separate. Looks nice but dont recommend.

We bought a 3 and 2 electric recliner seaters from this company. Within 6 weeks of purchase, the bottom of the 3 seater recliner stopped working. We messaged them and they came to fix it. 2 weeks ago, the other side of the 3 seater also stopped working. I have tried reaching out to them twice but they ignored me completely. They didn’t even reply to my email or WhatsApp message. We seldom use the recliner function so I am disappointed at how these are breaking down quickly. I will avoid them next time.

Avoid This Company cheap imitation sofas. Bough a three and two sofa six months…
Bough a three and two sofa six months ago. The two seater had a small fault I accepted a small discount which they paid me. 6 months on the sofa has torn on seam. I’ve tried by contacting them which has been a slow process. The outcome is they will do nothing they say it’s not a manufactured fault. A rip on a seam is bad stitching I live alone so sofa has light use and never abused yet they say it’s a rip not a seam. But photos clearly show it’s a seam. The padding on back of sofa never settled and it stayed rippled. I thought it would sort in time but it never. They say it’s 6 months old and basically this is normal. I’d advise anyone who’s thinking of buying to re consider as after care ends after 6 months. I’m writing just to let people have awareness.

Worst sofa ever
Worst sofa ever, shows dimensions of one and then when arrived, the sofa dimensions don’t match, the cushion is bloated and big and reduces the leg rest. The legs came rusted and they claimed they’ve sent me new and it’s 4 months now, no new legs have arrived l. Very uncomfortable and hard. When contacted the said to send it back but I have to pay £150 for delivery as I’m not happy with the comfort. Careless and rude replies by their customer support. Do not order again.

Sold a damaged sofa and the manager is very unprofessional. Seating is so small and the leather is already looking old. Please do not buy from here. I am taking legal action against this company. I wish I had gone to DFS.
