I love the ring we purchased and to be honest the photos didn't do it justice. When I received the ring it was bigger and more glamorous than I could imagine. I had no issues to where I needed to contact anyone. The purchasewent smoothly, received confirmation of payment, received confirmation of shipping and it did not take long to receive it either. I will purchase from them again!

Wrong size
I got my product on time very pleased with it beautiful Ring but the wrong size was sent out. Even after contacting the company explaining about ring wrong ring size they did no effort to send me the correct Ring size but want to give me an special offer and send me another Ring with correct size for $14.00 Dollars ? My question is Why charge me more money for a ring that was paid in full instead of sending me the correct size and return the wrong one back
I am stuck with a five size ring that I can’t nor use
