The ring was beautiful but began tarnishing within 2 weeks. Do not believe the ad about them, they are no different than the costume jewelry you buy at Walmart. I have been waiting almost 2 months for a response in regards to a refund as they don't allow returns. Awful awful awful spend your money elsewhere

My mom ordered a butterfly necklace for me as a gift for my birthday. The necklace arrived and was to small so I had to return it. The necklace was never worn and was in its original packaging to be returned. The return process is ridiculous. I went through back and forth emails for over a week just to get a return address. I finally get the info and send it back. Its been 2 wks since they recieved the necklace and still no refund. They said it needs to be approved by management and they will be taking $10 off my return for a restocking fee. This has to be the worst return policy ever.I will never do business with this company again. Now my mom has to file a claim with her bank against Dezros for no refund!

I tried to cancel my order with customer service as soon as it was placed and they still shipped my item and charged my card and refused to give me a refund. They told me I would have to pay to ship it back to China. I will never use them again!
