Very quick resolution of a bug
Issue with a country specific bug, where mauritius was recognized as a french accounting system. Which was incorrect. Now issue resolved less than a week

2FA Issue
I recently got a new phone and could not log into my Dext as I could not get my 2FA code. My back up codes were also not working. I emailed for help and got a reply really quickly where the team disabled my 2FA so I could log in and reset it up on my new phone :)

Ivaylo was on to the issue from the start, and kept good communication once we got going after a wait of about 15mins, which enabled me to fetch Coffee Brownies and Biscoffs, to sustain the me on the Chat.
The log in issue was dealt with in a much more direct manner than I thought it would be, so I'm now up and running. Brilliant!

Dext est une très bonne application comptable, facile à utiliser, intuitive et sûre, c'est le meilleur moyen de transmettre ses documents au comptable, on peut même prendre la photo directement via son portable c'est très simple et rapide! Je recommande!

Franchement mauvais pour faire des…
Franchement mauvais pour faire des devis:
-pas de possibilité de faire une facture d'acompte a partir d'un devis valider, il faut faire une facture normal en faisant sois même le calcul du montant.
-impossible de faire une ligne avec nombres négatif (pour enlever l'acompte par exemple sur la facture final) même faire une remise de 200% pour enlever l'acompte 2 fois du devis ne marche pas.
Trés mauvais, absolument restrictif, c'est un logiciel comptable uniquement il ne sert a rien en gestion de devis et me fait plus perte du temps qu'autre chose, je retourne a IABAKO qui au moins laisse personnalisé les devis, faire des titre et sous titre, permet de modulé les devis en négatif et de faire des facture d'acompte voir meme des facture pour paiement sur plusieurs echeance. Meme faire un avoir pour un devis annulé est compliqué.
J'ai du le prendre pour mon comptable qui l'utilise pour la transcription en ecriture comptable mais c'est bien la seul chose qu'il fait bien géré les facture, en transfert ou papier. Outils comptable pur et absolument handicapant pour le gestionnaire des devis et facture et donc la gestion de sa boite.

DEXT-Game Changer
DEXT has been a game-changer for our team. Streamlining our credit card, petty cash reconciliation process, making our workflow far more efficient and less time-consuming. The connection between DEXT and Quickbooks has streamlined our AP as well.
The app itself is incredibly user-friendly and perfect for our production crew who are constantly on the road. Being able to capture receipts on the go has greatly almost eliminated missing receipts.
One of the things we value most is how open the DEXT team is to feedback—they truly listen and are always willing to try new things to improve the experience.
Highly recommend!

Dext offers great support and is incredibly easy to use, making the startup process smooth and efficient. Its seamless integration with Xero is a real time saver. Uploading receipts is straightforward, and the system does an excellent job of identifying who each receipt belongs to and which account it should be applied to. Overall, it's a powerful tool that simplifies financial admin.

Quel gain de temps!
J'utilise DEXT depuis un peu plus d'un an et franchement le gain de temps est très appréciable. Les différentes détections sont précises et si une information ne peut pas être extraite il est très facile de compléter. Quel plaisir de voir toutes les écritures s'inscrire automatiquement lors des transferts vers mon logiciel.
