Tried to download Ringgo app but hijacked by Deximu who charged £39.99 subscription, payment blocked by bank.

Total scammers try to take money out of our Revolut account and Revolut trying to say that it’s not fraudulent but we never made the payment blocked

They hijacked a parking app Ring Go and tried to take 39.99 for nothing - luckily bank caught them but now I have to wait 6 days for new card etc

Took £39.99 and provided no service. Unable to find out what Deximu actually does!

Popped up when trying to download a parking app and asked to complete a payment check which I thought was linked to the parking app. Anyway 3 days later they try and take £39.99 from my bank but luckily there was not enough money for them to take so if your reading this

De har hævet 299 kr. uden at jeg ved hvordan. Jeg har intet fået for pengene. Nu skal der skiftes kort og en masse besvær.

Complete scam, pop up when trying to order a legit app on playstore so they need taking down pronto. Luckily my bank caught it but now need a new card issued. Someone do something about these hacking thieves.

Scam company, 39.99 out of the account. Looks like this is happening to quite a few people. The banks need to talk to each other to ban them

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. They just withdraw cash even if it is a big mistake and I cancelled everything in time. They won’t pay you your money back or reply you mail. Stay away from this company

Shame there is not a no stars option. This company is fraudulent and pigg-backed another transaction to obtain my card details, then took a payment on my card without my knowledge or consent. Beware.

They charged me for a service I neither wanted nor requested. They then charged me a month later! I have had the credit card company put a block on. So I have lost 79.99 GBP for nothing.

1 star because there's not an option for nil or negative stars. Beware Deximu whose merchant ID with my bank is Global Direct Solutions so to err on the side of caution, best avoid GDS too. I tried to watch something on U, formerly UKTV Gold, via their streaming app on my TV and got a message to scan a QR code or visit their website as (I paraphrase) my account needed refreshing or resetting or something. I visited the website and followed the instructions and was asked for my debit card details, I hesitated but could see that I would be charged 0.00 and thought that maybe U wanted my card details in case I should later choose a paid subscription. I went ahead and added my card details and was put through to a page welcoming me to Deximu - a company of which I had no knowledge. I immediately contacted my bank's fraud department and reported this but was advised that Deximu was probably just a subsidiary of U as these companies often use subsidiaries for processing subscriptions - this and the fact that I'd seen that I would be charged 0.00 put my mind at rest. Today I notice a £39.99 charge from Deximu in my pending transactions with the bank and have had to spend quite some time raising a debit card dispute and have been told that the bank can't guarantee the outcome until Deximu responds.

At best Deximu's approach is sharp practice and at worst an outright scam. I have contacted U to find out what their relationship is with this seemingly very shady company and await a response. I will, of course, mount a complaint with both companies if this matter is not resolved satisfactorily and escalate to Ofcom and / or the ASA if necessary. My view: AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

This is a scam,I get directed to this site to pay a parking charge. Only after the card details input it became clear it was not the parking fee,despite the barcode on the parking ticket taking me to this page. Try to cancel in line always shows error

Contacted my bank as I had two transactions of £39.99 taken out of my bank, I had no idea what the company was on my bank statement or what the payments even were for! I tried googling the name on my bank statement but nothing came up. Checked all my emails, subscriptions and could not find any record/ receipt for what these payments were for.
My bank said the initial payment had been authorised through my online banking app, but that it was showing as £0.00 so stated I likely signed up for a free trial of something but wasn’t told this would automatically become a subscriptions. I have no idea what the free trial was or what I signed up for….by bank cancelled this and today I recieved an email from “deximu.com” saying my subscription is cancelled. However this is the first email I have received, and I still have no idea what this subscription was even meant to be for!
