Deximu Omdömen 

I bought something on the internet in July and somehow it seems I had signed up for deximu.com for a £39.99 monthly subscription. This was not obvious and I did not immediately realise and £39.99 was taken.
I got a reminder they were taking the next subscription on 18th August but my gmail account kindly put it into the spam folder and I did not see it.
Fortunately my cc provider checked with me and it is now blocked.
SURELY THIS IS FRAUDALENT AND NEEDS TO BE STOPPED

SCAM. Took £39.99 out of my account 2 months in a row. Halifax are useless and isn't going to do anything about it. All I could do is cancel any transaction going forward and get a new card. Going to get a new bank also as soon as possible.

Deceitful company

As all or most of the other reviewers have said, this company is sailing close to being described as deliberate fraudsters.

Their adverts, embedded into legitimate websites, are designed to look as though they are part of the legitimate website.

With headlines like "Activate your account" etc. it looks as though you are activating an account with the legitimate website, in my case, a software tool support company.

Many low budget legitimate companies allow adverts to fund the website. Most are fine and obvious, but not these people.

It's important to examine the whole original website, ignore the banners like "Activate your account" and find the real information you are looking for hidden at the bottom.

Fortunately, the UK banks and card providers are aware of these tricksters.

BEFORE YOU HAND OVER CARD DETAILS, MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHO IT IS. ALSO, CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM FOLDERS FOR EMAILS FROM THE SCAMMERS

I was downloading an uber taxi app when the next thing I know I've subscribed to 2 gamming apps. 1 for £39.99 and 1 for £49:99. It's a nightmare trying to un subscribe total scam, please be careful. It so scary that they have my bank details and personal information take care peeps.

I don't even know what these morons do! What I do know however, is that they've ripped me off for £39.99 after I was trying to make a payment on a legitimate site for Frasers Plus, where I had bought training shoes for my daughter. While on that site, I was asked to scan a QR code and then input bank details - next thing I know, I'm signed up for some subscription with these Deximu bell ends!! The £39.99 is pending in my bank account, and therefore, the bank cannot stop it going through - but I am in the process of trying to get my money refunded from Halifax Bank. I will hopefully have my money back, or I will have vengeance - in this life, or the next, as Maximus Aurelius might say!

Although it may not legally be defined as a scam, it operates like one and is 100% tricky. I saw their ad on the Transport for London website saying “Activate Membership” — very misleading wording.

I was charged £39.99 without realising what I was signing up for. I immediately logged in to cancel the membership and emailed them, citing the UK’s 14-day cooling-off period under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, and pointing out how misleading the ad was.

They eventually refunded me, but only after I challenged them.

I’m sharing this so others don’t fall for the same trap.

Scam alert. Parked in Edinburgh City centre an had to sign up to ringgo app. Then this happens. So Edinburgh City council. Why are you using ring go for us to park in city centre

This is a scam. Luckily my bank caught request for fraudulently payment before it was taken from my account.

Tried to take £39.99 out of my debit card account. I had no funds in this particular account at the time so it was declined. I have no idea how they accessed my debit card account. Total scammers.

Be careful with these scammers - could end up costing you £39.99 - thankfully my bank refunded and have blocked several attempts at them trying to debit my account.

Tried to steal 39.99 from my bank today and I have changed my card aswell the bank says they blocked them but do t no how they still getting through so.eone needs to stop them real quick i heard its through the playstore

Bunch of robbers . Tried to ‘ unsubscribe’ and kept getting an error message ‘ something went wrong, please try again ‘ .

Vi parkerede ved havnen i Slesvig, D. 5/ 8- 25. og skulle downloade Easypark App., for at kunne betale, det lykkedes ikke for de fleste, udover mig. Derimod vlev min mand trukket 299 -, trods han ikke downloadede app., eller gav kontonummer, konto er selvsagt spærret, min blev krediteret for 84,- fra Easypark, hvilket var korrekt, men... er der en forbindelse til Easypark og Decimu? Jeg har afinstalleret Easypark og downloader den aldrig igen!!!

Tried to take 39.99 from my account for subscription i never signed up to. Thankfully my bank declined it. Called my bank and they have blocked them and a company called Glintum who also tried to take my money. Bank cancelled my card and are issuing a new one. These low life's are thieves, beware.

Just had the pleasure is these scammers trying to take £39.99 out of my bank. I have no idea who they are or what they do and apparently I had a subscription with them.. thankfully bank have stopped the payment but I’ve had to have new card details.

De har hævet 299 kr på min konto, hvordan de har lykkedes med det ved jeg ikke. Svindelfirma.

Complete scam just tried to take £39.99 from my bank luckily the bank stopped it and now need a new card why can’t people take this site down 😡

Seems to be a scam in some way related to the Ringgo app
