Every time I need to send a gift for a special occasion I chose Devon Heaven. The gift is always well received and delivered on time. Keep up the fantastic work. 😃

I found communication very poor I contacted within in minutes of ordering to ask the order to be delayed as my mom was not going to be did not acknowledge E mail and sent delivery out again I asked for delay by DHL but did not and delivery left on doorstep so really felt let down due to you not responding

My mum absolutely loved it, and as it was mothers day, that's all you can ask for.
Great company, great delivery, great all round!

As it was a gift, I can’t comment on the taste as I haven’t been told.
However, the company was able to send the hamper at short notice compared to ‘market leaders’ who couldn’t.

There were many different options to choose from which meant I could tailor it specifically to the recipient.

The cream tea hamper I bought for a friend who was coming the weekend of Mothering Sunday. The scones were delicious and the jam was lovely. You could tell it was homemade and didn't taste at all like a supermarket jam. The friend commented on the ingredients, short and didn't include lots preservatives. The same friend is coming again nearer to her birthday and I'm going to order the same hamper again.

On Wednesday 18th March after reading the reviews and feeling confident of the next day delivery statement, I ordered, before the cut off time, (1.00pm)a cream tea as a thank you for my neighbour who I knew would be at home the following day. When the parcel had still not arrived on Thursday evening I checked DHL delivery where it showed at 09.09 on 19th March my parcel was already delayed until the next day. On 20th March I received a DHL notification telling me my parcel would be delivered on Thursday 19th, the day before! I explained to my neighbour what I had tried to do and about the DHL mix up and as a result she refused the parcel when it arrived at just after 10.00 on Friday saying that she did not feel confident of where the fresh cream had been since Wednesday! I contacted Devon Heaven early on Friday 20th sending them copies of DHL communications and heard nothing until Monday when I received a reply from Nash. He basically told me that I should have read the FAQs where it states parcels could delayed. He showed no interest in the mix up from DHL. When I requested a refund all I received was the link to Devon Heaven FAQs.
There has been no refund and in my experience I would not recommend Devon Heaven to anybody.

Easy to order, delivered on time, excellent quality scones, cream and jam and beautifully presented. Makes a wonderful gift at any time of the year. I cannot fault this service!

I bought the hamper for my elderly Godmother who was in hospital as a treat as she was over 130 miles away. I contacted Devon Heaven to check that they were happy to deliver to a hospital. A prompt reply and a yes, I went ahead and ordered. It arrived the next day as a surprise and she absolutely loved the hamper. Thank you for your excellent service

Delivered on time and well packaged. A very happy 85 year old mum who thoroughly enjoyed sharing them with her sister.

I had a problem with my order as I thought I had bought a voucher but realised when order was confirmed that the actual order was being delivered on a certain day . This was soon rectified but there was no easy way to order a voucher so that my friend could have his afternoon tea on a date convenient to him. The voucher was great as he had another 2 afternoon teas on his actual birthday.
