After contacting the PC manufactures who could not help and a competitor who diagnosed the issue as terminal, I contacted Device Doctors who knew straight away what the issue was, collected the PC same day repaired and returned it the following day and pleased to say all seems to be working well.
All done politely, very efficiently and at a reasonable cost.

A really friendly and professional team. I was especially pleased that they could come to me, and they gave clear and helpful answers to my questions. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from their representative, Brendan. I explained the computer problems and he dealt with them efficiently. He gave me lots of additional advice and was nice and friendly.

I called Graham when my laptop unexpectedly powered off. He responded within the hour with general questions and directions to their new office space. There was no charge for the initial assessment and the charger, which was fairly new, was found to be the fault. With no repair necessary he still took the time to cover options to replace my 2013 mac and the varying service plans they offer to set up new models, all explained in terms a 'non techy' could grasp. A power issue with my PC was quickly diagnosed at home despite my original thoughts as to the problem. A spare PSU was installed in place of the defective, all cabling being carefully laid and secured.
The whole effort took about an hour and left me delighted. Thank you Device Doctors. 5 Stars.

Being no great technical expert I had an issue with my photo files syncing with a newly purchased iPhone. I had an online consultation with Graham who resolved the issue for me in a very timely manner and he could not have been more polite and friendly. Would have no hesitation in seeking or recommending assistance from this company in the future.

Such a good firm, laptop stopped working and the team diagnosed the problem quickly and kept me informed all the way through. Whilst the laptop was terminal they then extracted the hard drives and installed them in my new PC. Great small team of experts and I wish them all the best in their new location.

The service I received from Graham was outstanding. Very open on pricing and what work would be required before it took place. He could not be more supportive in terms of helping me understand the issue with my laptop and getting it back in full working order.

I had excellent service from these guys recently when my iMac refused to start. Frankly I thought it was completely broken but they were able to get it up and running again very swiftly. It is actually better than it was before it went in for repair. They were very polite, efficient and swift and I was happy with the cost of the repair as it saved everything I had on my computer and meant I didn’t have to buy another one.
