Product-Solution finish black trim restorer was recommended by a neighbour. And is a fantastic product. You only have to use it sparingly for a lasting finish. Five star!!!

Ordered from Riscar Detailing Gtechniq soap for ceramic coated cars ordered one day delivered the next best soap for power washing does not affect ceramic coating and leaves the car gleaming.

I recently asked Ricar detailing about a detailing starter kit. Pleased to say I was provided with a fantastic selection of buckets, shampoos, microfibre towels, hand mits, waxes and even provided advice on how to use the new gear. All arrived the next day. Highly recommend Ricsar.

I just recently ordered gtechniq iron fallout W6. I'm very please with the service from Ricar Detailing and the product, arrived promptly.

Very quick delivery and answered any technical questions I had.

Emailed the enquires email address provided on the website prior to putting an order in to ask if they stocked the Blue Chemical guys buckets as they weren’t listed on the website but the red ones were listed and that i was specifically after Blue!
I got a reply off Richard and was told that if i ordered the red ones then they would swap out a red one for a blue.
Fair enough i thought, ill do that.
So i ordered 3 red buckets in total then i replied to their email to say “thanks that fine, ive put an order in and heres my order number: “
Postal strikes have been on, so delivery was slow but that was fine as it cant be helped, i didn’t mind.
Parcel turns up and i open it to find all the buckets are red, which is NOT what Richard said prior to me ordering.
Emailed them to ask if there was a reason for this, even though they had agreed prior to me ordering that if i ordered red ones then they would swap one out for blue.
Its been 4 days now and I’ve not even had so much as a reply off them at all, no apology, nothing.
To not even bother to reply to my email with an apology says all you need to know about this company.

I would urge people to avoid buying from Ricsar Detailing and purchase from other online sellers who actually do as they say they will, and when they do get it wrong they go out their way to make it right!
