Photos don't do it justice
Very well packaged and fast dispatch, with a security code needed at our end, no problems with any of it.
Lovely watch, even better in person. Had to remove 3 links for a good fit which was easily accomplished as we already had the tools needed for that job.
I would use designerwatchshop.co.uk again, great service.

Suspicious company
I am very unhappy with the service of this company. I brought a watch on 12th April. The product (MK watch) was not to my standard. I returned it to the company on 17th May via Special Delivery, proof has been shown that they have received delivery but I'm yet to receive my refund. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

Poor communication and delivery!
I’ve been trying to contact you over the amount of time delivery has taken. I have no where that’s telling me the item has even been sent out. No email nothing! Its a gift for my daughters birthday this week and I ordered in plenty of time and still not received it. I am not happy and upon contacting you no one is getting back to me at all.
