Happy with service
I ordered a Diesel watch for my sons birthday which arrived quickly but the gift box it came in was damaged, however after contacting Designer Watch I was offered a replacement box or 10% discount as compensation, I chose a replacement box which also arrived very quickly and was intact. So very happy overall.

Great customer service
The watch itself was stunning but the service from the guys at Designer Watch Shop was even better. Very prompt in their communication, helpful and provided great assistance when we wanted an exchange.

Excellent quality
The watch I bought for my partner was his dream watch and I wanted to surprise him with it and I struggled so hard to find it and for a decent price too. When it arrived it was absolutely beautiful and he's so happy with it.

Bday gift
Ordered watch fir my husband's bday watch came opened it up and even though i had ordered a mans watch i got ladies watch
Then i had to return it and pay for postage even though it says free return then be tild it will take 4 to 7 days gor replacement to be done
Totally disappointed and have now cancelled my order.

Watches Didn’t Work still awaiting Refund
I ordered 2 watches One on 31st March and One on 2nd April both arrived on 3rd April, neither of them worked so I returned them promptly on 4th April my tracking information shows they were received on 5th April it is now 23rd April and I am still waiting for a Refund. Tracking information sent to Klarna who say they are still awaiting confirmation that the goods have been received by Designer Watchshop. Terrible customer service a refund should not take this long when the watches were not fit for purpose

As per our previous correspondence, we requested to provide us with the tracking reference number once the parcel has been shipped to us. We noticed that the tracking reference has been sent to KLARNA. if we have received the tracking, we can easily issue a refund. The provided address you see in the tracking serves as the initial collection point for all return parcels. The courier's responsibility is to facilitate a swift and secure transfer to our warehouse. However, this process experienced delays this time around, attributable to our transition to a new warehouse facility.
We have now issued a refund and informed KLARNA about it. Again, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Lovely watch and great service!
I ordered a watch online and realised a mistake after ordering. I e-mailed customer services and John was quick to assist and help me out.
Received the watch well packaged and very quickly!
Recommend no problem and will use them again for shopping for another watch.
