Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service: put in an order online, received a call immediately afterwards to confirm and to give me an idea of delivery date (less than a week later). Delivery was exactly when promised and had great tracking facilities. Carpet was perfect for us, a great price and well packaged.

Overall an excellent experience from initial queries re buying of remnant carpet through to delivery which was straight forward with a courteous helpful driver. Particularly pleased not being charged exorbitant delivery charges for being north of the Border. The remnant offered great value for money and was exactly the shade in a twist carpet we were going to buy at full price - a no brainer! We were encouraged by previous Trustpilot reviews to purchase which were borne out.
