Supportive with an Expansive List of Goods
I love this site. I’ve used them for years and they don’t disappoint. They offer many great items for sale, courses from creators, amazing sales and deals, and a very supportive community. They also have a wonderful support staff who has helped me through many difficulties including refunding an item I purchased after I realized I had already purchased it and taking care of me when o was unhappy with a purchase even after the refund date.
Seriously. They are amazing.

Design Cuts is my go-to site for graphic resources. Their response to queries is extremely prompt and constructive and goes well beyond reasonable expectation. In a recent case, the support included not only a link to one of their helpful instructional videos but also a specifically constructed solution. Great customer service - eager, kind, and helpful.
Wonderful digital assets and courses, as well as free live events regularly. If you purchase multiple packs or courses you can get up to 30% off, and all assets include a free commercial licence, which is great for anyone who wants to sell the art they create with or as a result or their purchaes.
Since I discovered Design Cuts in November of 2022 I have made a range of purchases which have all been genuinely quality assets.
They're now my go-to marketplace for digital assets!

Absolute fantastic product
Absolute fantastic product, “Procreate Illustration School”, great and knowledgeable instructors. As well as fantastic customer support. Had an issue with a forbidden error due to a vpn. Got an answer within 9 hours (They were closed when I sent the e-mail). They gave me trouble shooting instructions as well as dropped the files I needed into a Dropbox account for me.
