I received the repose from deify with the justification all boxes are weighed properly before sending. Assorted sweet box 500g contained 1 ladoo, 1 chandrakala, 1 milk sweet, 1 halwa, 2 other pieces of sweet which my nephew couldnt identify. So totally it contained those 6 pieces. This is noway half a kilo. I would give zero star for such cheaters. Instead of fightjng with customers, try to do your business genuinely.
This is funny that you are calling out that your company paid everything and my nephew paid nothig. This is a gift that i paid in full including the shipping. Are you saying that my nephew or I getting charity from you?

I recently purchased Diwali sweets and shipped as a gift to my nephew directly. Order includes 250g of Kaju Kayli and 500g of assorted sweets. When i checked with my nephew he mentioned that boxes had 6 pieces each. We all know 250g Kaju Katli is more than 6 pieces and 500g assorted boxes should be at least 15 pieces. This is a scam and cheating. Do not trust this husiness.

1. You did not order Kaju Katli. Your order was Kaju Pista Roll (250g) and Assorted Sweets (500g), along with two savoury snacks. Kaju Pista Roll is a large rolled sweet, much heavier per piece than Kaju Katli, so the two cannot be compared by count.
2. Every box is sold by weight, not by number of pieces. The number of pieces depends on the size of each sweet. Your boxes come sealed from the sweet makers, Almond House and Vellanki Foods, and we delivered exactly what we received from them. Our packing photo of your order, taken before dispatch, shows every item you ordered, sealed and ready.
3. Your gift was delivered in 3 business days, from India to Chicago, with all customs charges paid by us. Your nephew paid nothing on arrival.
4. If any item was short, show us. Please ask your nephew to email info@desify.in with a photo of the box label. If any box weighs less than its label, we will make it right.
Calling this a scam is not fair to our team or to the families who trust us every day. We stand behind every box we ship.

All the seals were broken and wraps removed on mysorepak and kalakhand. Looks like customs inspected the sweets.
Pullareddy boondi laddus decreased in quality compared to last time. Apart from these the delicious sweets flew off. Waiting for

We double-checked with our logistics partner and confirmed the broken seals and removed wraps on the Mysore Pak and Kalakand came from customs inspection during transit which is out of our control on international shipments, but we are glad to notify that we have passed the request to the customs team they'd resealed it cleaner next time.
On the boondi laddu we've passed your quality feedback directly to the partner so their next batch meets the bar you're used to.
