Fast shipping, product actually worked. Totally blew my mind, couldn’t recommend more.

I’ve been messaging dermavel for 3 weeks,only getting a few replies at first,since then nothing, I want to return my unopened unused product but this seems to be to much to ask even after sending proof of the item still being sealed. I’m hoping by having to write this review which I didn’t want to do I will now get a reply

Just after I placed my order, they send me emails to announce price reduction special. Makes me feel stupid - why tell me now?

I heard of Dermavel on Memorial Day weekend, and caught the sale! My order arrived in 3 days, and it was just as described. I tried a session, and I love how I can zap all my spots away. Will definitely be shopping with them again, fantastic experience.

Love this company! When I tried placing my first order it wan't working and I emailed and received a response so quickly from Emily, the issue was fixed and the Dermavel Fibroblast pen arrived 3 days later. A+ Customer support.

I am absolutely thrilled with my Dermavel. It functions exactly as promised, and while there's a slight learning curve, it's completely worth it given the remarkable results. Plus, the customer support has been outstanding.

Ordered it 3 weeks ago, reached out to customer service and have not heard back. It’s a black hole company. I changed my review because the company call me my product and it seems to be working very well.

This product does not work as advertised and I ultimately had to file a claim with my credit card company because they refused to refund me despite following their over the top requirements. They pay people to praise their company which is why there are so many positive reviews.

Bought a Dermavel for my age spots, so far so good. On my first treatment, iIt'll take a couple of days to heal, as expected.

The Dermavel pen did NOT heat any of the needles and is a completely defective unit. In efforts to return the item within their 14 day period, the first email from Dermavel only offered a replacement unit and required a video of me using the defective unit. I requested again a refund because I no longer want to try their product. I'm within the 14 days and the device never worked and none of the items are used. They asked that I send a photo. As of now... still no refund and minimal customer support.

I ordered the Dermavel for two reasons - I have a lot of sun damaged skin and also I had this seborrheic keratosis growth. Google led me to the Dermavel site and I excitedly ordered it. It arrived promptly and safely in its package.

I was concerned to use it because I have several skin issues, including psoriasis, paper thin skin, rosacea, among others. The online instructions were pretty limited and the written instruction was even more generic and not very helpful.

After getting over my initial fear, I decided to follow the best direction - start at level one and go slowly. I panicked that I had overdone it and had permanently damaged my skin. I patiently waited to heal, using the aftercare instructions of applying Aquaphor 3 to 4 times a day, not showering or using products for 48 hours, and avoiding the sun and products for at least 10 days. Now, 4 weeks later, I can say I'm satisfied with the initial results and have done a second round as other online reviewers demonstrated.

My issues with the product are 1) the instrument tends to not sustain its power and I end up poking myself with the needle waiting for it to actually burn the skin growth but instead there is no heat generated. I'm not sure if I have a defective model, but it takes me a long time to do the treatment because I constantly have to turn it on and off to maintain the tip powered up.

I plan to also use it eventually for my loose neck skin but I'm going to wait till after summer because I would like to enjoy the season without having to hide from the public.

Overall I am satisfied with the product but it needs to operate better and clearer instructions would be greatly appreciated.

You need to trained to use this product. There are very little instructions given.

I honestly don’t think my pen works at all. It does not heat up or form any reaction to my skin upon use.

I ordered this product wishing for great results. I didn’t receive the Plasma Pattern Book that was suppose to be included free with my purchase.
So I have yet to receive the book and haven’t used the product due to lack of information I need to use it properly! I have contacted the company several times. Poor Customer Service.

I emailed them because the pkg wasn't complete, I was THEN informed there would be another pkg with the rest of the merch. I was charged a 7.44 international currency exchange fee. Then after 2 weeks back and forth, Emily in CS said they were not going to send the rest of the order because I ordered the trio kit not trio bundle - all I did was click "add to cart". I don't even know where the trio kit came from!! Now I'm battling with Emily to return the garbage. There is no phone #, you can only reach them through email.
****UPDATE**** I returned the entire order, now I am waiting for my refund. (I had to send in pictures of the items for the refund approval)
****UPDATE**** Emily from Customer Service won't refund my 7.44 international currency exchange fee, which should never have been charged in the first place!!
