Total scam-sold copy product breaking trading standards laws as it was a fake item. After weeks of trying to contact them, I heard back and was advised how to return 'for a full refund'. they then closed the business, reopened under a different name, and then two days later closed that business. TOTAL SCAM, Rip Off Fraud merchants. This was a long awaited gift for my daughter and as a single parent, I have little money to save for things like this, She was disappointed it was a fake, and also that I had wasted money in good faith. Then to return the item at my expense and be more out of pocket with no refund, was just a punch in the guts. SHARP PRACTICE=Avoid

Bought a watch recently. It wasn't cheap at over £100. It arrived eventually and looked amazing however it doesn't work! It's an automatic model but when shaken vigorously for a minute, runs for about 40seconds then stops. I'd appreciate somebody from the company calling me to resolve this as so far there has been no response.

I ordered the love bangle, the Cartier ring & the panthere watch.
The bangle came scratched, the ring was the incorrect size and was so tight I couldn’t remove the ring. The watch arrived scratched and wrong size. It measured 16mm however came and it was huge. They lied about the sizing and it was not the correct size. all the items came in a shitty box and not properly packaged which could cause servere damage in shipping.

I’ve emailed the company about my broken watch and broken ring & bracelet over 5 times as I spent nearly £200 and they have completely ignored me but have continued sending me emails promoting their store.

It’s a red flag anyway that the company doesn’t accept returns in some cases and an even bigger red flag is that they have a “contact us” sign on their website if you have something wrong with your order. However can’t even supply the necessities a company should be able to supply in order to make sure your customers are happy with their product.

To mention as well I bought faster shipping for more money just for it to arrive over 3 weeks later when promised it would arrive in 7 days yet again I emailed them about this and they have not responded to me and it’s been over a week.

Extremely untrusted and unprofessional business. Don’t waste your time and money.

I’m trained in corporate law and studied years to know that this is extremely illegal.

I bought the Cartier love bangle dupe. It taken nearly a month to arrive & was so disappointed by it as the lock is so tricky I couldn’t even get it on and locked it’s the biggest load of rubbish I have bought. I am no longer buying online as the amount of companies who rip you off for not fit for purposes goods is shocking! You should be ashamed selling rubbish!Im buying in shops from now on….

Ordered an expensive watch for my wife, and on arrival, the watch stopped almost immediately. Customer service is non-existent; they simply don’t respond to requests for refunds and they are breaking UK distance selling laws. Avoid!

I’m sorry that others had a bad experience, but I ordered a screw bracelet (love bracelet dupe), and it’s honestly so nice. My package arrived pretty quickly too (7 days). I had a question about the metal used in the bracelet, and they got back to me via email the next day, so the communication is good. I’d definitely be interested in purchasing again!

I bought a watch and it arrived today and it was as described. The delivery was a little slow but updates kept me informed of the progress of the delivery. I felt read that all was good. Would use again

I purchased 2 bracelets and have been pleasantly surprised.
They arrived well packaged and look just like the real thing !!
Time will tell but for now I’m very pleased.

Scam website selling fake jellycats! When you try and get a refund they refuse. They said they put on the website it was a replica but it was sent in a jellycat bag! Avoid these scammers

I have had no response, ordered two bracelets 2 months ago, they have taken the monies then nothing. Phone number and email address does not work. Please do not use, it is a scam

Do not order from this company! Ordered the screw bracelet for my daughters birthday-was so disappointed. Nothing like the pictures on its website. Looked cheap and tacky-not elegant as described or pictured. Multiple attempts to make contact with the company for a refund unsuccessful. Do not waste your money!

Paid for express shipping and took 2 weeks to arrive. Sent from China and no response to support emails. Product was counterfeit.
