A few years ago I strongly suspected…
A few years ago I strongly suspected that I was the subject of dental negligence, so I contacted The Dental Law Partnership for legal advice. The Dental Law Partnership agreed that I had a case and Justine Jones was appointed as my solicitor. Justine carefully guided me through every stage of this complex legal case and made everything straightforward and easy for me.
The whole process took a few years but it was worth the wait as I've recently found out that this dentist accepts being negligent. I've now agreed to settle out of court with this negligent dentist for a 5 figure sum.
I highly recommend The Dental Law Partnership and Justine Jones - thank you very much!

Thank you to Nick Hampson and the whole DLP team for great communication throughout my case and delivering a great outcome. Nick called or emailed regularly to keep me updated on my case while the other side dragged their feet, he always took the the time to explain each step of the process and any advice that was being given. Straightforward and stress free
I'm very grateful to senior solicitor Nick Hampson for his work. Obviously taking legal action after being the victim of negligence or malpractice is both daunting and stressful, but the entire process was made much easier by his clarity and professionalism. I was kept up to date at every step and in an accessible and easy to understand way. I felt confident that I was receiving good advice which really reassured me. I have been let down by my dentist who misdiagnosed osteomyelitis for a dental abscess and delayed my treatment. I was in agony for over 12 months until they referred me to the Maxillofacial.
