When I spoke to a member she was so polite very empathetic.

The website explains the process clearly. The phone call to ask about the dental incident was within 24 hours as was the decision to take the case. It has helped to put my mind at rest. The lady I spoke to was both helpful and empathetic which made me feel like I wasn't wasting anyone's time .

Right from first phone call have been met with very polite and understanding staff and only 3 days in but things are moving forward.

Avoid this company at all costs had such a serious issue and wouldnt even take it on they just wanr to make money left me in tears.

Nicky was brilliant with my stepson Brian on the telephone today, and even called him back when he had to break off the call; to attend a home delivery. Nicky let him know his case was accepted in a real positive manner. He feels positive myself about taking his case further with the firm.

I approached this company with a dental claim, they were quick to take all my details. Have a way to go but hoping all continues as well

My claim was accepted a few days ago but I am still waiting for the paperwork to sign.

I phoned yesterday (Friday) and was told the paperwork would not be sent today it will be next week sometime. No indication when.

I had an issue with my Dental treatment where I felt things had not been done correctly, I decided to contact the dental Law Partnership, and had the pleasure with dealing with Tim, I was kept updated and never felt out of the loop, it did take a long time but I am happy with the outcome, if you have experienced issues with dentists or treatment please contact this company.

On 1st contact i wasn't available to speak, no problem, please ring back when your available.
I rung back and spoke to Nicky in lengh about my predicament.
She calmly asked about my experience, taking notes as we went along. Very professional.

I received a phone call within the hour regarding my claim and the service was brilliant. Everything was dealt with in a calm and timely manner. The receptionist who I spoke with was very helpful and polite and reassuring. Email was sent and all correspondence sent off for a review and then I was contacted again to confirm acceptance.

During an upsetting and distressing time, the representative made me feel comfortable and listened to.

The staff i have spoken to have been very sympathetic and understanding & always seem happy to help & answer any questions, They have accepted my case & hopefully i will get a good outcome. Phone & emails are also always answered very quickly.

The lady was very friendly, understanding , kind explained everything to me, happy to recommend

They were very helpful regarding my application for the treatment at my dentist which has gone wrong. And l am just waiting to hear back from them.

I'm only at the stage of signing the paperwork, but I couldn't be happier with the service I've received so far. After everything I went through with my dentist, the team have been kind, reassuring and incredibly quick to respond. They've answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made what felt like a very overwhelming process so much easier. I genuinely feel listened to and supported, and I'm grateful for how they've treated me from day one.
