It's a total con, wish I had googled them before ordering. I got totally sucked in by their Facebook page.
The satvee eye lids are cheap and don't work. They leave your eyes irritated and there is no leaflet to let you know what is on them.
The company send emails saying that the parcel is on its way from america, this is fake. The stickers inside clearly say made in China and the envelope stamps show they were posted in Ipswich England.
I have raised a complaint with my bank and will also raise through PayPal and report them to trading standards as these goods are not what is advertised and in my own opinion, from my skins reaction, totally unsafe to use on eyes.
Stay away at all costs

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CHINESE NOT AMERICAN. ORDERED EYE LID LIFTS THAT WERE UTTER RUBBISH WHICH WERENT EVEN CLOSE TO THE ONES IN THE VIDEO. COULDNT EVEN GET THEM OFF THE PLATIC CARD. WAS OFFERED A REFUND OF £2. TOTAL CON.

Ordered 23/12/2022.
Received tracking number, never arrives.
Fortunately paid with credit card so will be raising refund with card company against Densitye.
Do NOT buy from them.

Update:- Raised dispute via PayPal. They are Chinese, don't believe the false information on the website making out they are in the USA.

Densitye respond via PayPal dispute to say the extra £9 is because I ticked shipping Insurance. There is no box to tick when ordering & it doesn't appear on the order but your card will have £9 more taken.. They have ignored the fact the products purchased have not been supplied. Dispute continues via PayPal

Update:- Now say shipping company is updating their tracking system, this is the problem. They don't say who shipping company is. Again just lies. Dispute continues via PayPal.

Update 25th Feb:- Same as others report and only £9 is offered to settle the dispute via Paypal not the full £53, despite not supplying the goods. Offer rejected. On we go.

Update 27th February
They respond by saying I must wait for the goods, they can not refund. When I receive goods I can send back.
Over 2 months waiting for the ordered product on a delivery period stated as 7-15 days for international
shipping.
I don't think so Mr Chinese scammers.
PayPal dispute continues.

28th Feb. The company is refusing to refund. Now referred to PayPal to settle.

Update:- 23/03/2023
So my dispute has been closed by Paypal as these con artists have provided a tracking delivery they claim is the items. Raising another dispute through PayPal I will be leaving them too.
Just dont buy anything from these scammers.

Ordered the steampunk lamp, it arrived quickly. Product was cheaply made and over priced, and came missing a vital piece for the assembly. Customer service dis nothing to help and suggested i give the product away as a gift to someone if I'm not happy with it.

Do NOT buy from them especially the eyelid lifting strips. Absolute con job - you could probably make them yourself. Waste of money. Please spread the news and don’t let them rip other people iff

Ordered on 14th Nov and was given tracking etc, then on the 12th Dec the shipping info stopped and when asking the company they said to be patient and three times I got the same exact message. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all

This company is a SCAM…. Ordered an item paid for it they also took tax out of my acct without informing me , 5 weeks later item had not arrived. Emailed them twice and they just kept sending me a tracking number … two sets of trackings came through one saying parcel in Manchester another saying with yodel so contacted yodel no parcel existed , no tracking number existed either. Item has never arrived and they won’t give refund

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I was over charged by £4.00 (common theme) for no apparent reason. I did receive the item but it was not as advertised so I requested information on how to return it for a refund and they are not willing to do so. I am hoping to get my money back via my credit card.

Will NEVER order anything from this company again and will tell everyone I can about the appalling service.

Faulty goods delivered . Refused to replace . Offered insulting amount as refund. Avoid this site. The worst customer service I've found for years

Purchased something online at the price & was charged a higher price!!!

They sent me the wrong item and refused to replace or refund it.

The only way they would refund was if I paid to return the wrong item back to them (costly return postage to CHINA).

Total scammers. Avoid at all costs !!

Like others have said, this appears to be a scam. They charged over £6 more to my bank account. I asked them immediately upon noticing to cancel my order, they wouldn't, they offered to refund the £6 instead. I said no, I want the order cancelled, they declined saying that they had shipped it. I asked 3 times in total for them to cancel it, they sent a despatch notification 2 days after they told me it had been sent. I've opened a dispute through PayPal. They have so far sent tracking info to me showing despatch from the USA. To PayPal, they have sent tracking info showing it being despatched from China. They claim to be a UK company, they are not. They continually tell customers that it's 'free shipping' but don't tell them that there's a tax charge added. No, they let you find that out when you check your bank account!

I've tried letting people know through their Facebook ad that they add hidden charges to the order - they deleted every single comment, like they have something to hide!

Firstly I was over charged by nearly £4. I emailed them and they returned the difference. I then read the 1 review available at the time and assumed I wouldn't receive it. It has arrived today. It isively albeit smaller than it looks on the site (my fault for not checking measurements. A long wait but glad they haven't let me down

SCAM AVOID THEM! You cannot cancel item and it never arrives! Terrible service. Terrible company.

Beware this is a scam company; you will pay for your item but will never receive it, they will reply to emails saying your order cannot be cancelled and it has been dispatched, but you never receive it. I have been waiting for 6 weeks and have not received anything.
