These are not swim shorts. These are the same quality as basketball shorts but a very short version of them.

The advertising of these shorts as swimwear/swim shorts is misleading. Swim shorts should have the mesh inside, these have nothing and therefore making them just shorts to wear around the house or for a stroll at the beach BUT not for a swim. The fabric is not (nylon) of typical swim shorts either and it's definitely not high quality, nothing made in China for cost cutting purposes is high quality material and especially at the price advertised (original price £40 mad.....but reduced to £19.95) to make it look like its actually good quality and reduced in price. Finally, the V shape like cut on the side of the thigh is at least x5 times bigger in the shorts received than what you see in the picture.

In my case I did not buy what I thought I would be based on the description and pictures of this product. Unfortunately very misleading to say the least.

The packaging was excellent, ensuring the crystal arrived undamaged. I was impressed with the bubble wrap and foam, providing the needed cushion during transit. It didn't feel lightweight or cheap but had a decent weight signifying its quality. It took a bit long to arrive, but the wait was worth it. Overall, a positive experience.

Customer service is awful. Dont buy from them. And the products are bad too

Went on line last night to purchase a product, but when I got to selecting 1 and ready to to pay......a window came up offering a discount. I couldn't get rid of the window which presumably was obscuring the link to finalise payment. I kept trying until in the end I gave up. But, today I find 4 purchases, amounting to around £60 for something that cost £8.10 or thereabouts. I'm disputing this because it was misleading and at no point did I get the usual on screen message to confirm the purchase. I was really keen to give this company a try based on very good reviews here, but now, I would never purchase anything from them again if they can't set up a website with a smooth path to payment and notification when you have paid. Just not professional and not transparent, felt like a bit of a scam. Have asked my bank to dispute this I do not want nearly £60 worth of a £8. product, that's if it were ever to arrive!

Ordered an item , cancelled immediately but told ‘already shipped’ and nobody was available at the time to help in customer services. EXTRA MONEY TAKEN FROM ACCOUNT ( technical glitch apparently 🙄) was refunded. Item has finally arrived, I still don’t want it - emails back and forth but no further on. VERY SHABBY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered a glass hummingbird feeder and got it in yesterday and it is plastic that won’t even hold melted butter much less hummingbird water. This site is a scam and would not order anything from them. I want my money back immediately

I did not sign up for subscription and they took 17.90 not 14.92 from my bank. I cancelled my order and await a refund.

Ordered to bags on 23rd Feb, was supposed to get one half price, but just as my order was going through they sneaked an extra £5 on top of my order and the delivery costs, so the price came to the full price anyway. Was pretty disgusted but now over 3 weeks later am fuming as I still haven't had the bags and I am struggling to get in contact with them. Sure they're just scam artists and it's the first time I have ever fallen for this! Fuming!

So basically i orderd items off this company for motheres day over a month and a half in advance, its been nearly two months and the item is still in another country. Its a week past mother's day so the item is useless I had to go.oht and purchase replacement items. they refusr to refund me or tell me.how i can return the item when it finaly arrives. I am reporting the company. They send linls telling me to contact other people when i try the links they are dead links that cant be used. This is by far the worse company with the worse customer service i have ever come across qvoud ar alll costs

This Chinese company should not be doing business in the United States. They are dishonest and their products are low-quality. They won't tell you how to get a larger size. (Chinese women are tiny, so a Chinese size large is not an American size large). They want to offer a $2 refund for items that they OVERCHARGED ME FOR TO BEGIN WITH. I paid $80. Why would I accept $2 as a refund?

Scammers was at checkout and put my card in but decided not to bc of price and next thing you know I was charged for the amount after hitting CANCEL and never checkout

Fraudulent company using many different names to take repeat amounts out of your account. My bank have had to cancel my card. All I wanted was a simple summer dress but I was charged £24 for a subscription? Luckily bank stopped it in time.

Ordered a swimsuit under a different company name (couldnt find under trust pilot) item was £20 including delivery, charged £23.99 from Densitye! Do NOT order from this Company - rip off merchants!!
