Festa della mamma rovinata
Ho ordinato una mongolfiera di rose da far recapitare a mia madre, visto che sono fuori città. A parte il ritardo (orario da me scelto 15/16, ordine consegnato alle 18 e 30) l’oggetto ricevuto da mia madre è completamente diverso e assolutamente deludente rispetto alla foto pubblicizzata. Peccato non riuscire a pubblicare le foto. Ho pagato 220 euro una composizione orribile. Di “deluxe” c’è solamente un prezzo spropositato. Mai più.

I used Deluxy Luxury Delivery to send an exclusive box of chocolates to a client of my travel company who was staying in Rome, and I was thoroughly impressed. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The chocolates delivered were truly unique, and my clients were absolutely delighted—not only with the exceptional quality of the gift but also with the luxurious presentation.
The delivery was made by a very elegant professional wearing white gloves, which added a refined and memorable touch to the entire experience. The team was incredibly accommodating, fulfilling all of my specific requests with care and precision. They made the whole process seamless and enjoyable.
