Deluxegamesroom Omdömen

I recently purchased an outdoor 7 x 4 pool table from deluxe games rooms. The table itself is of very high quality and everything id hoped for, giving the whole family many hours of entertainment. The delivery team fitted it in less than an hour. After purchasing the table I had a few queries which were dealt quickly and very satisfactory by Daniel at deluxe games rooms. The customer service was brilliant which is i hoped for after purchasing the table. I'd have no concerns at all dealing with this company again. Even after the table was installed Daniel kept in touch with me to make sure there were no issues. If you love pool and considering buying a table then I couldn't recommend this company enough. Brilliant Table, Brilliant service.

Loving our pool table. Perfect for our space and the customer service from pre-ordering, to aftercare was outstanding. Would be more than happy to recommend this company to friends and family.

I couldn’t be happier with this 3-in-1 games table! The quality is excellent, especially for a multi-game setup. The table is sturdy, well-built, and looks great in our game room. Switching between games is quick and easy, which makes it perfect for both kids and adults — everyone finds something they enjoy.

The pool table plays smoothly, the surfaces are well-finished, and all the accessories were included and well packaged. It’s clear a lot of thought went into the design and functionality.

What really stood out was the outstanding customer service. Communication was fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish. A real shout out to Danielle. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and delivery was smooth and hassle-free. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about their customers.

Overall, this table has exceeded our expectations. It’s a fantastic space-saving option, great value for money, and has already provided hours of fun. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a versatile games table and top-notch customer service!

The addition of the pool table has had a genuinely positive social impact on office morale, creating a relaxed space for colleagues to connect and unwind. I can’t recommend the team highly enough. The fitting was swift and completely hassle-free, and the delivery of the pool table top was equally smooth. The delivery team were happy to answer a few maintenance questions on the spot, providing clear guidance and knowledgeable advice. It’s clear that everyone involved in the business truly cares about the quality of their work and the customer experience.

Had a really great experience with this company. Sent through numerous colour samples in advance whilst we kept changing our minds about what would look best. Kept us updated with delivery schedules and delivered on time and with advanced notice. Constructed the table for us quickly and took the packaging away. Good customer service throughout and a really nice, quality pool table to play on. All in all, would highly recommend.

Whole experience from start to finish went smoothly, table is perfectly made and looks great, plays pefrectly, installation team were great, wouldnt hesitate to recommend to everyone.

From the begining they have been helpful and informative, they have done exactly what they said would happen, from my order to the delivery and set up. Also very good after sales check up and back up. For the type of pool table and quality of table it was an excellent price too. Very pleased

I was a bit hesitant at first with a big purchase like this but DGR were fantastic throughout. They didn’t give us a delivery date right away but we got one after a few weeks. Answered all my questions and Kept us up to date with a delivery date then again the evening before delivery to let us know when they would get here. The guys were friendly, meticulous and faster than I thought.
Our family love the pool table. Seems like the best price for this type of quality pool table on the market.
