Very pleased with the balloons, they looked great! Quick delivery, great customer service and all at a good price.. it made my niece's stay in hospital a lot brighter! Alternatively to flowers for a wee change. Fantastic value for money.
My daughter was living away from home due to work commitments. It was her 27th birthday so I decided to send a surprise. She loved getting birthday cake so I arranged for a large cup cake balloon to be delivered to her work. She was over the moon along also the chocolate pizza I ordered as extra went down a treat.
Lasted longer than flowers great value for money.

Great prices and delivery
Great prices and quick and easy order process. Balloons arrived on time when they were meant to however was a bit disappointed that they arrived half deflated. I must just have got unlucky and understand they were probably damaged in transit. Would not put me off ordering again :)

We're so very sorry to hear this.
We just wondered if it was a cold day that they arrived? Helium does shrink in the cold but once the balloons are back in room temperature conditions they should regain their shape.
If they haven't it sounds as though they may have unfortunately become damaged in transit or had a slow leak. We do inflate and decorate the balloons in the morning and leave them up for a few hours before packaging them so we can be sure that there are no problems, however occasionally faults can develop during the delivery process.

I was contacted straight away when the balloon I wanted was out of stock and suitable alternative was sent. Arrived on my friends special day even though it must be one of the busiest days for deliveries of the year.

We did take a quick look into your order and can see that the First Class delivery option was selected. With this service we will send your balloon 1-2 working days before your chosen delivery date and it will usually arrive on your preferred date or the day before. Very occasionally this delivery option can take longer than 1-2 working days, especially around Christmas and other busy periods. We do recommend to choose the Guaranteed Delivery option to guarantee delivery on your preferred date.

Order process is OK, balloon didn’t last long
Order and delivery are fabulous - but the balloon was almost half deflated in two days. Would have expected it to have lasted at least a week.
