I placed an order last month and the really communication improved.

I ordered traditional Portuguese fish (bacalhau) for Easter, along with a few other groceries. I was really satisfied with both the quality of the products and the delivery. Everything arrived in perfect condition and exactly as expected. Thank you to the Delícias team for the excellent service!

Entrega rapida, tudo bem embalado e conservado, incrivel.

All delivered on time and in very good condition.
All frozen goods were frozen on delivery, the box held the temperature very well.
Good quality and value for money.
Will re-order soon.

Frozen fish arrived soft and was clearly off, smelt bad and gills brown and bloodied. Tried to contact customer services and the option is not allowed as you cant sleect the topic and therefore won't send a compliant, no office or number to call. So replied to bill email and no response allowed . Contacting my bank for refund . Please avoid this company.

Before Christmas I ordered some products, unfortunately I received wrong order. I didn't have any reply about it for couple of weeks.
But recently they send me message with nice apologies giving me options, refund or send right products, I choose right products, and the next day I received my order, very quick, I appreciate that!

They never answered my emails, I made my order 10 days before Christmas and until today 23th, I'm Still waiting for an answer.

I will never buy anything here!! They are not serious!!

Not recomended at all,order on the 12/12/24 and still no answer back from them.NEVER AGAIN!!!
DID RUIN MY CHRISTMAS.

Ordered multiple times and always came across a good service. All items delivered. Good costumer communication. Easy to arrange delivery. Definitely a great way of accessing portuguese products. Will order again.

Some items were missing, and the chestnuts were mouldy, rotten, and pre-sliced. The delivery personnel did not bring this heavy parcel to my door. I have attempted to contact Delicias Customer Support without success.

Updated review:
Sent email to ask what happen and they replied quickly and sent the missing and broken item. So, from a customer service point of view they dealt with a situation quite efficiently. The items were very good and tasty ☺️

The cod, the most expensive item was missing and the jar of olives was broken. Not a good experience overall since I'm not able to do much without the cod. Attempted to message them on their website, it isn't possible. Just send a message on Facebook, let's see what happens. I'm hoping I come back to change this review.

Placed the order 3 days ago!
Got an email today saying that basicly everything was out of stock only had the cheese and if I would like to replace the items!!!!
I ordered what I ordered becouse that is was I wanted to have if I wanted bacalhau graudo I would have requested it if I wanted sumol in cans I would have ordered it to!!!!
I ordered way before chrismas to be prepared!!!
Why don't you have a better control of stock how can you tell me 2 or 3 days later.
You take the payment in 1 minute without knowing if you can actually deliver what was paid??where is the contact number?

I bought a water filter a few days ago. They sent it to me with a “vela” (spark plug) that was inferior to what was advertised. I sent an email and they didn't try to fix it. I decided to keep the product anyway, but soon after I noticed that water was leaking from the bottom. I don't know why, but the filter is in perfect condition. I sent an email complaining and asking for a refund and a return of the product. No one has responded to me to this day. The worst customer service I've ever seen. Don't buy from this store, especially online. It's not trustworthy.

Unfortunately let down by the courier DPD, delivering perishables, gave a time slot of 15.17 to 16.17 today for refrigerated goods. At 14.40 (shortly after a white van sped along roads nearby - maybe a co-incidence) I got an email saying there'd be no delivery today, ruining an expensive consignment. Non-delivery is simply not acceptable.
I have raised a dispute with the credit card company. Consumer Credit Act 1974, Section 75.

Edit: The supplier has been in contact and has been very good. They have said that they will provide a full refund and it will take only a few days. That's good. It is not a reflection on them, it is DPD. Don't P*ssing Deliver.

Well where do i start…so first some items are not in stock even when it states that it is,so you dont get them and only find out about it when its to late to order something else to come on the same delivery,than you leave a note at the end of the online order that no one reads(im guessing)as i stated that if not in push main door and leave in hallway but the driver never got this information so the driver took it to the nearest post office(not) witch was chosen byDelicias uk and its a few miles away,my nearest post office is actually at the end of my road(two minute walk not 20 in my car and finally costumer service i don’t know really how it is as i called and who ever answered pass me to a number that no one answers and passes on to a answer machine where i left a message and no one bother to call me back,but finally the post office where they taking it to closes at 5 mon to fri,i finish work at 5 oclock and saturday its open until 12:30 witch is the time i finish work on saturday,the main reason i order online as i wirk 6 days a week and have no time to shop,so how do i collect my order in this situation,this would have not happened if they did their job properly or had any consideration with their costumers,all in all what a great experience nit recommended at all

I started buying the Carvalhelhos still water from here after having some at Nandos. It's lovely. Delicias are easy to order from, with good comms and the deliveries are super speedy (this time was next day delivery!) and well packaged. I'm a repeat customer now and would recommend to others. Thanks very much
