Its okay to want help and this service helped me!
No one wants to be admit they need help but it's okay to ask for help and it's not shameful. I found myself in a situation where it got to much and was having to decide what was important. Food, fuel or paying of debt and got into a vicious cycle. I came across Debt Advisory Services by chance and just entered my details for help and got a call from the team within an hour. Going through everything with the team brought to light that something needs to happen. I got put through to the senior advisor who explained all options available and unavailable options for my situation. Due to the emotional state I was in, I asked for a break before making a decision which was accepted and I got a call back in the afternoon after I had time to digest all the information and speak about it with my husband. Since accepting the option, there was a lot of phone calls but understand it was necessary. With the help of this company my choice was accepted by 100% of my creditors and it was dealt with swiftly and professionally. Since my repayment has been set up, I have had to call up due to some of the creditors contacting me for payment which was dealt with swiftly and promptly. This has given me a chance to get back on top of my finances and a chance to learn the basics properly. I have read the reviews and a lot mention about the fees not being explained and credit score being affected. For me, this was spoken about throughout the process and I was informed of any changes of the fees.

The care and compassion from start to finish. I had a DMP and the customer service was non existentant or poor.
An IVA gives you peace of mind.
Plus the staff were very very helpful and honest at all times. To anyone suffering with debts, seek advice, don't suffer in silence, An IVA is the best situation to help you with your debts....
