Also the Debbie's villas team communicated with us prior to our visit and provided essential information regarding our trip and offered advice which we utilised to our benefit. Cant speak highly enough about the experience using this company from the start . The communication from the office team was great from day 1 all the way through. We booked our villa and car hire with no issues . All information given was easy to understand. Our villa had a change of owner and this disrupted our holiday dates. But debbies villas team were quick to amend this at no fault of their own and found us another villa within a few ours at our chosen criteria. Really cant say anything bad. Ive actually recommend this company already to a few friends and family, and ill be back in touch when i look to go back to the states.

Easy booking process
Easy booking process, responsive customer service team and flexible with changes. We had to downsize which came with a small fee, but they were helpful and dealt with requests promptly. The location was ideal for us. There are good local facilities nearby. The Club house is great. The size of the property is also great for larger parties and the pool was cleaned weekly. However the appliances etc did not accommodate for a larger party. There was one cooking tray which is no good when trying to cook a meal for 16 people and you do not have basic cleaning and washing resources when staying for a longer period. Eg there’s no mop for the floors or clothing horses to hang clothes for drying after washing, which have been available in other villas we have rented. When we arrived for our check in a Debbie’s Villa van was just arriving at the same time. I was mistaken for the management company and was informed of complaints from a previous person. In my view these should have been dealt with prior to our arrival and they shouldn’t have been arriving to follow up at the time we were due to check in. One of the reports was that the outside pool area needed cleaning (it did) but the person arriving looked out and just said it looked fine to them. A second was that there were not enough appliances for 16 guests. Whilst they agreed with this, they did not add anything new. Hearing the complaints of others also isn’t the best way to start your trip. There is also a slit in the fence by the pool so we woke up a few times to frogs etc in the pool. The ceiling fan in the downstairs room is also broken. The kids room with single beds was also very uncomfortable as the mattress are paper thin, so the kids got in with the adults (this was a complaint the previous person had also made which was read to us on a arrival as well)
Overall the trip was great and I would recommend Debbie’s villa’s but I would also recommend addressing the above for a 5 star experience

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. We're really pleased to hear that you found the booking process easy, our customer service team responsive, and that you enjoyed the villa's location, size, clubhouse, and pool during your stay.
We also really appreciate your constructive feedback. We're sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the kitchen equipment, cleaning items, drying facilities, and the comfort of the mattresses in the children's room. Your comments have been shared with the property owner and our management team so they can review these areas and make improvements.
We're especially sorry that your arrival was affected by discussions regarding the previous guests concerns. We completely understand how this would not have been the ideal start to your holiday, and we apologise for the inconvenience. We will also ensure the issues you mentioned, including the damaged fence and broken ceiling fan, are followed up with the owner and local management team.
Thank you again for your honest feedback and for recommending Debbie's Villas. Reviews like yours help us continue to improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a better experience next time.

Absolutely Outstanding – We Won't Book with Anyone Else Again!
We have just returned from an amazing holiday in Florida, staying in a villa at Windsor Hills that we booked through Debbie's Villas, and I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough.
The villa itself was absolutely fantastic – spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and had absolutely everything we could have needed. The little touches made such a difference too. We were welcomed with a food pack, coffee, and other essentials, which was a lovely surprise after a long journey. There was even a box of pool towels ready for us, something we've never had when booking other Florida villas.
Part of our group was travelling around the USA following Scotland, so two members of our party arrived at the villa while the rest of us were still in Boston. We hadn't realised we needed to register their names for the Windsor Hills gate access. As soon as we contacted Debbie's Villas, they sorted it out within seconds – and I really do mean seconds! The speed and professionalism of their team was incredible and completely took the stress out of the situation.
Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They called us before we travelled to make sure everything was in place and even contacted us after we returned home to check that everything had gone well. It's that personal touch that really sets them apart.
From the quality of the villa to the exceptional customer service, Debbie's Villas simply can't be faulted. After this experience, I honestly won't book a Florida villa with anyone else. They've gained a customer for life!
Thank you to everyone at Debbie's Villas for helping make our holiday so memorable.

We're so pleased the welcome pack, pool towels, and all the little extras helped you settle in after your journey. It's also great to hear that we were able to get the gate access sorted so quickly for you, we know how stressful little hiccups like that can be when you're travelling, so we're glad we could help.
Your kind words about our team and customer service are truly appreciated. We always try to give our guests the best possible experience from the moment they book until they're safely back home, so hearing feedback like yours makes it all worthwhile.
Thank you again for choosing Debbie's Villas and for recommending us so highly. It was a pleasure to be part of your Florida holiday, and we'd absolutely love to welcome you back again in the future!
Debbie’s Villas Watersong
We stayed at one of Debbie’s Villas at Watersong in Davenport FL
The welcome pack on arrival was great with all the essentials meaning we did not need to go straight out to get something to eat

The house was clean and had all of the facilities required to ensure we had a great stay and with a South facing pool we had the sun all day

Thank you for your feedback. We're delighted to hear you found the villa lovely and homely and that the welcome pack was useful on arrival.
We're sorry for the disappointment regarding the barbecue. Not all properties offer barbecue facilities as a standard feature, and this is reflected in the villa's description. We do, however, offer BBQ hire for guests who would like to use one during their stay.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. We hope to welcome you back and hear from you again in the future.
