Betreff , dachte es ist der druckkopf beschädigt da ich vom wiki alles schon geprüft hatte aber ein video vom supp hatte ich noch nicht , und des war der fehler , nichts defekt , läuft wieder

Der technische Support ist echt super.. Hatte Probleme mit meinem Drucker und mir wurde schnell und unkompliziert geholfen.. Einbau eines Ersatzteiles ging Dank einer online Anleitung super einfach.

I had a problem that neither of my MCU were detected. the support was great and Anycubic really helped by suppling the required spare parts in a very reasonable time.

Sehr guter support.Bei meinem S1 max war die Kamera defekt.Nach kurzem mail Austausch mit dem Kundenservice, wurde mir innerhalb 2 Woche eine neue Kamera gesendet.Jetzt funktioniert alles wieder bestens

I bought my 3D printer right from the start, knowing full well that I would have to expect “teething problems”. They also came, but were resolved quickly and competently thanks to the excellent support from customer service.
