Haven’t received anything.
Been months and no delivery.

Havent received my order. They won't give me a refund. Won't answer any emails either

If I could give 0 starts I would. I placed and order and payed for shipping and it never arrived. I've sent 3 emails to try and resolve my issue, but no one has reached back out. At this point I just want a full refund. I've purchased from the site before in the past and had no problems. I won't be using this site in the future and will recommend people stay away from it.

It’s been over 6 weeks since I placed my order. Not only have I not received it, I’ve not had any reply to multiple emails and messages I’ve sent on social media. Extremely disappointed and unsure of how to get my money back.

If I could give it no starts I would , they are a scam and take ur money and u can’t get ur money back don’t get any replies on ur order and no communication at all. DONT ORDER OF THIS WEBSITE UNLESS U WANT TO GET SCAMMED “”””

The DDLGWorld website is dead. They never shipped my package, and didn't respond to any attempt at communication. I had to go to paypal to get a refund.

I never received my order. I emailed 3 times with no response. Luckily I paid with PayPal and filed a dispute and got a full refund because they never responded to them either. Total scam!!!! Do not recommend!!!

I still haven't received anything, info, update, email response, or product. Might be a scam tbh

Ordered some stuff, waited the 4 weeks for delivery, 3 emails ignored. Stuff never arrived. Had to go through my bank to retrieve my money. Dont bother.

Would give zero stars if I could. POOR POOR customer service. No communication, no updates, no tracking number. Just silence on their part. I've reached out to this company 3 times with no response. Kindly. And it's been a month since I placed the order. Do better.

Won’t reply to emails.
Raised issue with credit card issuer to recieved refund.
Absolute scam.

Made an order and sadly had to cancel it due to unforseen circumstances. However, when I emailed them to cancel it, they said I was in line to be handled by someone. Two days later, the item shipped. They still haven't reached out over a month later and I received my item that I wanted to cancel. They will not let you return lots of items from their site as well, so if you make a mistake like I did you are out of luck. Product is still decent though for the price, so that's the only reason it's not 1 star.

Little bit of glue on the faux fur and some trimmed faux fur close to the base of the plug. Could've been a bit better.

Ordered 2 things. One took over a month and the other still hasn't arrived 3 months later.

I never got my order. Contacted customer service multiple times and never received a reply.

I got a gag ball from this scam of a company almost 2 months ago and it didn’t come until a month after I ordered it. For a whole month it said on my usps shipping number that it was lost while it said it was lost I tried emailing them 4 times and none got back with me, I then started getting random charges for a little on my bank that said “pounds or overseas charges” and all of the sudden a month after I ordered it it finally shipped. The gag ball it’s self is so cheaply made and everytime I tried putting it in my mouth it felt like my jaw was going to break from how big and plastic and cheap it is. I will never buy from this company again. I’m throwing this toy away it’s NOT safe to use at ALL
