Hice la devolución de unas zapatillas y tardaron mas de 2 meses en devolverme el dinero, y me pusieron un montón de pegas. Primero que el producto no habia llegado, cuando la empresa de transporte indicaba que si. Después que si habia devuelto las zapatillas con señales de que las había usado. Y que demostrará una foto como las había enviado, cosa que yo no tenía. Atención al cliente pésima porque tardaban muchisimo en reponder. No volveré a comprar por esta pagina.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes, I only got 3 pairs so I contacted them and they said they would get back to me, but I haven’t heard anything and it was 25 of July the first time I contacted them and 2 times later, still no response from them, so watch out for this company. Best regards Michael.

they didn't have my number in the shop, the seller said that she doesn't have my number because it only fabrics from 36-39 and is so sad :((

Lees hier veel negatieve reviews. Ik bestel al jaren bij DC shoes en heb ook wel het een en ander terug gestuurd. Altijd vlekkeloos. Kortom: ik ben heel tevreden en snap eigenlijk alle negatieve reviews niet.

I ordered shoes on 13 th August extra payment for 2 day deliver. Even if it was shipped next day the 14 th . It should have been here by 16 th . It was urgent . I sent an email to Customer service . Nice reply someone would call !!!!
It arrived today the 19th . I now have to get it to the person who lives in the uk . Next time I will tell him to rad reviews before ordering from a company

Hei, vi bestilte skoene for to ca to måneder siden og de har enda ikke kommet så jeg anmelder dårligst pga forsinkelse.

Ordered from their site for the first time and size 5.5 for kids is way off. My daughter has been this size for years and not only was I charged for shipping, I also had to pay for returns. Customer service is monotone and for the price of these shoes, customers deserve a little more. The product itself is very basic so really disappointed. Don't believe the hype!

Me contestaron a un e-mail un mes después, pero, sospechosamente tras haber asumido el riesgo de efectuar una compra PERO UTILIZANDO PAYPAL.
Las zapatillas llegaron (más o menos en tiempo y forma).
Creo que, utilizar apps tipo PayPal, ayuda a sentirte menos indefenso en este todavía incierto mundo de las compras virtuales.

Ordered off of the official website months ago - they went to BELGIUM despite my order being from the United Kingdom, claimed that my address was wrong and sent the shoes back. Had to chase a refund. Ordered again from Amazon, was meant to come on Tuesday, then Friday, and now it’s Saturday and they still aren’t here. I’m meant to leave for a vacation soon and I needed those shoes, an honest let down. 🤦‍♂️

J'ai fais 2 réclamation sans réponses.
Et sur le site impossible de retrouver mes réclamations

My first time experience with DC Shoes was phenomenal!

After visiting the DC Shoes website and discovering that the shoes I was looking for were out of stock, I gave them my email so they could contact me when they were back in stock.

Within a day I received an email that said they were back in stock and that I could order them, which I did right away.

Two days later, I received an email from DC Shoes that said they had shipped my shoes, and that they were on the way.
The next morning, my shoes were delivered in perfect condition.

To me, my entire experience with DC Shoes was incredible.
I really appreciated their timely follow up on my order, as well as all the communication updates via text and email.

The delivery timeframe was just as incredible, as I received my new shoes in less than three days.

All in all, a super great experience for me from start to finish.
Thank you DC Shoes for all your incredible efforts, and for the great shoes too!

Everytime I try to buy a Pair of Sneakers from DC SHOE COMPANY They always give you a Promo Code for 30% Off but it Never works its a Scam so you'll buy from them anyways but I won't that's a Cheap Trashy way to get Customers.

Worst experience with any company in my whole life , it all started from the get go , I been buying dc shoes and clothing since I was a kid up till now as an adult id say a good 20 yrs . I went to order 3 pairs of dc shoes and above it said im legible for free shipping!!, on check out it said i had to pay , then I was supposed to have 25% off on my first total purchase for signing up online , when I put in the 25% it did not allow me to use it , that beeing said I spoke on chat and was told I have to pay fir tge order first then they will refund me which they did thankfully. Next issue was my tracking and delivery, I was tracking my package for a few days and one of those days when I check again it said package delivered and of course I was at a cottage with friend ls and my wife at the time so we decided to head home to retrieve our package from dc shoes incase weather damages it or somone takes it , well we got got home and there was no package so trip ruined and $400 loss , I then asked the individual mark on chat to speak to a manager and I was told she would call me as soon as she was out of her meeting which she did not!!! , the day after I reach out again to Mark and let him no the manager did not call me, so he reach out to her again and told him to tell me she will call me that day at some point rest assured, ounce again no call from the manager, I reached out again day after and was told she said she will call me ounce everything has been figured out 🙄 . So I call dc shoes myself and speak to the manager Carla and spoke about compensation for all tge crap I been through as explained above , Carla apologized and told me she will escalate the matter to a higher level and get back to me 24 to 48 hrs which she did not also , I called again and spoke to another manager who also apologized and said she will also escalate the higher up department and reach out to me tommaro regardless with an answer or not just to keep me posted abd of course she did not either , I waited 4 days and no one reach out to me , I called again and was told a manager would contact me via email which he did and then I was told he herd back from the higher department and they will not compensate me and feel the 25% discount i was supposed to have regardless was fair enuff including my refund of shipping. It took over 1 week to tell me that which by the way I was told by the manager Carla she would give me an additional 25% off forsure but would try to do better but she would have to escalate the matter to the higher department first. Overall worst experience and I definitely would not recommend purchasing from dc shoes ever because as you can see there a bunch of liars and have no work ethics and definitely do not no how to treat there customers.

Ik heb hier een aantal weken geleden een paar schoenen besteld.
Toen ik ze thuis kreeg bleek het helaas de verkeerde maat.
Ik heb de schoenen terug gestuurd met een retourlabel.
Helaas heb ik nooit meer een terugbetaling ontvangen.
Ik heb nog een aantal keer geprobeerd contact te krijgen met ze maar dit gaat zo moeizaam dat ik m'n verlies maar moet nemen.
Jammer van de €59,50 maar een les voor de toekomst.
Ik bestel hier niet meer.

If I could give it no stars I would.
My order is still missing for over a month and no one is replying to me and when I try to call im on hold for an hour then they cut me off.
Then on another order the sole come of the shoes I got after 2 weeks yet again no reply. Just do not order from them

Hemos perdido 46€, compramos unas zapatillas y llegaron otras totalmente diferentes, las que quisieron meter en la caja. La pegatina de la caja está bien, me puedo poner eso. No responden a las reclamaciones.
No compres nada en la web.

Totally shocking service!

Made my Order on the 13th of June then proceeded to watch it go on a journey all over Europe 4 countrys in total and then back to what I assume is DC's warehouse on the dpd tracking. I have sent in excess of 10 emails to DC and not received one single reply from a actual person just a automated reply every time.

Customer service is non existent sort it out DC this is not how to run a business.

Vile company used to be the king of skate shoes had them 2 and a half months and they virtually disintegrated at the heel bought another pair of shoes from shien of all places for a quarter of the price at the same time that have lasted longer, wrote a complaint email 2 weeks late still no reply I literally hope they fold cos they don't deserve to trade with standards like that.

I've been looking at DC Shoes Court Graffik and finally noticed they were on sale a few weeks ago. Since I'm in Canada, shipping is not free so when I noticed I would have to pay $30 for shipping, I decided to order 2 more pairs of shoes. These aren't great shoes and I wouldn't normally buy them, but I figured if it was free shipping and they were relatively cheap, I'm ok with that.

Fast forward 2 weeks.

I received the Graveler and DC Cure High-Top. But NOT the Court Graffik. No emails or notifications or anything. I had to email support and they said that the Court Graffik were out of stock so they will refund me for that one pair of shoes. (Supposedly $54.91 refunded, but still haven't seen it)

But the Court Graffik was the pair of shoes I wanted. I asked them to at least refund the shipping, but they would not budge saying Shipping is non-refundable!!

I said, ok, send me another pair then. They said no, the price is higher and I would have to pay more.

I then ask to return the full order and refund me the full amount then. They said, they can initiate a refund, but shipping is still not refundable. I then get an email saying a refund has been initiated and that my estimated refund is $15.76???

What the heck??

I paid $150.54, and they will be refunding me ($54.91 + $15.76) = $70.67.

I just got scammed almost $80!!!??
