Ordered for my daughter for Christmas
Ordered for my daughter for Christmas. Stated guaranteed Christmas delivery. Took 2 days to dispatch. I didn't realise they were coming from France. Now seem to be stuck in a dpd customs loop (22nd December 6 days later) so looks like they won't be delivered in time for Christmas. Contacted now 5 times all have been ignored. Not at all happy and as a first time customer I definitely won't be back

Customer service is awful they sent my delivery to the wrong address and blamed me I connected them 2 days before they dispatched the shoes saying the address was wrong can they change the address to the one on my account the replied saying it can't be changed it's your fault and they do not take responsibility if it doesn't reach me
This is the first time I've ever ordered
This is the first time I've ever ordered DC's off of their actual website. They have two different shipping companies that they send tracking info through, which has been a nightmare in itself. Then to make matters worse, they are sending my shoes to an old address, in a not so good neighborhood, And they refuse to reroute it, and they put a block on it so that even if UPS or USPS has the ability to try to reroute the package, DC blocks them from doing so. I've loved DC shoes for a long time, but this puts such a nasty taste in my mouth I will never ever order from them ever again.

Item was not received, i have tried 3 times to contact them regarding this. first time i was ignored, second time i got a cheeky response telling me to check with neighbours which i had already stated i had done, they then ignored my response. tried again today but have no hope. scam website

Worst return policy online
I called literally 10 mins after I placed an order to cancel or exchange the size on a shoe after I realized I made a mistake. They said we can not cancel or exchange once an order is placed! Why cant they if they haven't shipped it yet!? Or at least with a few clicks exchange the size. No way their system allows it. I then recievd the order. They charged me $10 return shipping label and worst is the $10 charge to put back my money on the my credit card.... WTH.... They are the worst policy I have seen by far online. NEVER AGAIN.
Customer Service is Walmart Grade
I wish there was option for half a star. If you have any kind of issue with your order , prepare yourself for Walmart grade customer service. An incorrect shipping address auto populated on my order and they refused to change it .. but told me to track down the people that bought my old house and have them receive it and send it to me … gtfo ..

I bought shoes from this website, and then I received an email with my order number so I could track where my package was. When enough days had passed, I checked the tracking and saw a note saying that they had called me but no one answered, even though I double-checked everything and no one had called me. Then, the next day, when I entered the tracking code again, it said that my package had been sent back to the sender, but no one has refunded my money or contacted me.

I got a pare of DC's about 6 months ago an there starting to fall apart. Not only that but one of the shoes didn't fit right had a weird spots in it that hurt my foot. Sux cuz I like these shoes. They usually are pretty much indestructible untell now. What happened? I'm disappointed an probably just stick with vans.

I HAVE ORDERED A FEW PAIRS OFF OF THEIR SIGHT USUALLY HIT THE MALL. BUT AFTER THIS I WILL NEVER BUY ME OR MY FAMILY ANYMORE DC SHOES. I ORDERED MY 2ND OR 3RD PAIR OFF OF THE WEB SIGHT. TOOK FOR EVER TO GET TO BE, AND WHEN THEY DID SHOES HAD ALOT OF DIRT AND WHAT LOOKED LIKE GREASE. PACKAGE WAS RETAPED. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID NOT OUR PROBLEM TAKE IT UP WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY. I SAID I BOUGHT THEM FROM YOU. I I WILL RETURN THEM TO YOU FOR REPLACEMENTS. SHE SAID NO WAY!!!!CALL THE COMPANY THAT DELIVERED THEM TO YOU. I GOT MAD AS HELL HUNG UP AND THREW THEM AWAY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE AND WILL DRAG YOUR COMPANY NAME DOWN IN THE MUD
Awful experience with their online store
Awful experience with their online store. I live in Toronto. I paid 110 CAD for sneakers (71 sneakers + 10 tax + 30 delivery), they returned me just 66 CAD... They do not return delivery amount and moreover they took Handling Fee!!! 14 CAD... for what??? it was not mentioned on their site clearly.... Scammers... Additionally the delivery was delayed.... I got the delivery after 13 days...
UPD: (12.11.2025) they paid for returning delivery. so as a result I've lost less money for that purchase, thanks them.

Acquisto fatto il 06/09/25 dopo qualche giorno vedo sul sito che il mio ordine era stato spedito il 18/09/25 contatto il servizio clienti per email per avere aggiornamenti, mi rispondono che riceverò una email non appena il mio articolo sarà spedito, ma come sul sito risulta spedito dal 08/09/25?
Una settimana dopo contatto nuovamente il servizio clienti per email per sapere dove era finito il mio articolo, mi rispondono che il mio pacco era stato smarrito e per scusarsi avevano emesso un rimborso, dopo un ulteriore settimana senza aver ricevuto alcun rimborso contatto nuovamente il servizio clienti questa volta senza ricevere risposta.
Conclusione ho dovuto aprire una controversia attraverso paypal che mi ha fatto ottenere il rimborso.
Maledetti truffatori i danni avrebbero dovuto pagare altro che rimborso, meno male avevo pagato tramite paypal altrimenti non avrei più rivisto i miei soldi.
Canceled half of my order
Canceled half of my order, would not honor coupon when I tried to order them again, got a crappy email back from customer service, got hung up on by customer service, and when I called back I was not able to speak with a manager. Don't waste your time or money with this shady company!!!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes August 7.. waited a month sept 12.. it said the package was delivered.. well it never came to my address. Waited 2 more weeks and they r refusing to refund my money. So im stuck with no shoes and out my money.. scam there tracking service is shit. N the number is not even valid.. so now they are telling me they are looking for my order.. so here i am middle of September n still waiting for something thats never coming.. ughh

Terrible experience returning an order in UK, all my emails chasing my refund were met with a copy and paste reply stating 'check tracking link', of course, I had done that! Their courier confirmed that the parcel was delivered to them 20 days ago, no IRL reply, no refund , shocking - my guess it's an AI auto response that cannot read ....!!! AVOID

Schoenen besteld voor mijn dochter op donderdag. Orderbevestiging kwam in Spamfolder terecht en de order was niet te zien in de bestellingen in het klantportaal.
Na een melding wel binnen 2 dagen een antwoord dat het om een IT probleem ging en mijn order nog werd verwerkt. Maar einde middag op woensdag bericht gekregen dat de schoenen zijn geannuleerd vanwege 'de grote vraag'. Ik ga hier niet meer bestellen

After reading the reviews on Trust Pilot i got really scared about my order because i spent a lot of money, But in my experience my delivery took around 3 days. When i opened the box my shoes fit perfectly, in amazing condition and no imperfections whatsoever, I would definitely buy from there again
