Quality is really poor
Quality is really poor. I have purchased many pairs of DC shoes over the years. Recently we bought some DC snowboard boots on eBay. The soles dried out and cracked. I have had the same problem with other shoes I purchased new from DC. I used to love DC, but not any more.
Avoid, won't accept their product is faulty
Purchased cream colour shoes from DC. After wearing them once, I noticed stain coming our around edges of fabric (it looks like glue). I contacted DC shoes and reply was 'unable to respond positively to request because the problem is not related to quality of product'. I totally disagry as it is related to quality of product because the glue didn't set properly and it stained the fabric of shoes! Very bad customer service.

I accidentally ordered the wrong shoe size and as soon as the order was placed I realized it so I hurried up and contacted them asking if I could get a different size BEFORE my order was even processed they told me straight up no they can't do anything at all about it that I would have to wait to receive it which took longer then expected so if and when I do send them back which is going to cost me 6 dollars not including the shipping cost but just to get a freaking return label I wouldn't get it in time to gift it since its suppose to be a Christmas gift....I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND YOU DON'T EITHER!

Ordered a few times. Always got the items and packaged well. Would be nice like a skate sticker or something in packet like other skate companies do but that's an ask and an idea.
Like it now that in Spain you can get it to your door rather than pick up from a place. Takes 4+ days to receive an order which could be improved but I'd rather slow and steady than not at all

Als je goed zoekt in de voorwaarden vind je onderaan dit nummer 0858881307. Vervolgens bel je en krijg je een niet Nederlands sprekende dame aan de lijn. Ik gok een klanteservice in India. zeggen ze, alsof het de normaalste zaak van de wereld is, je kan ze wel terugsturen maar dan krijg je niks. Deze verkopen ze wel weer door aan de nieuwe klanten. Of je stuurt alle 3 de paar terug en dan krijg je wel je geld en moet je opnieuw een bestelling plaatsen. Helaas werkt dat alleen als alle 3 de paren onbelopen zijn. Want 1 paar retourneren wordt niet verrekend met de andere 2. Ook kan je niet ruilen, een coupon krijgen. Dit mag volgens mij wettelijk niet. Dit riekt naar oplichting en/of diefstal. Jammer ik was namelijk al 23 jaar een goede klant. Die zijn jullie nu kwijt.

EXTREMELY slow processing
Absolutely the slowest processing for orders to Canada. It's been 9 days and nothing has happened with my online order to Canada. Friendly customer service, but absolutely useless. Many other similar companies with similar clothing options that will treat you much better than this. I'm not sure why they seem to be having real difficulties. Yes, their website warns of current delays, but this is beyond....

Ordered two pairs of jeans, returned both, arrived at their warehouse over three weeks ago using their own tracked label.
No refund.
They do not reply to emails, other than generic reply saying because of Brexit, returns will take 10 days after it arrives at their warehouse. So, being that its been 21 days, this is inaccurate.
When you send further replies, they ignore them.
The telephone number just keeps hanging up.
Thankfully, I paid on credit card, so I am issuing Section 75 Chargebacks for the amounts.
Sadly, I also ordered from Billabong, which is the same company (didnt know this till the delivery tracking etc came in), so now I have to go through it again.
AVOID at all costs. Once a great brand, now ran by criminals.
Damaged box
TLDR; ordered 2 pairs of Bob's burgers shoes. They arrived in damaged box and DC shoes customer service is no help resolving the issue.
DC shoes has the worst shipping procedures and customer service I've ever encountered. If you know me you know I love Bob's Burgers I watch it everyday. I order 2 pairs of Bob's burgers shoes off DC and both arrived in damaged boxes because they were only shipped in shipping envelopes with no padding whatsoever. Half the reason I ordered the shoes was for the cool box with the resturant front on it so when it came damaged with both pairs of shoes I was very upset so I emailed their customer service and was told I could return them and order a new pair and they'd ship those in a new box. After they emailed me that I decided to call. Was told the same thing over the phone and asked the guy what would stop the next pair from arriving in a damaged box if they were shipping it the same? To which he basically replied I'm sorry ma'am that's the only solution I have for you. Which let's be real that isn't a solution at all. Since they are sold out I have no option of returning and reordering so they have no solution for me. So I will be posting my story everywhere in hopes DC shoes will just send me at least one new box for my shoes since I spent over 100$ on the 2 pairs. And maybe from now on you could ship shoes that come in speciality boxes in a padded envelope?! Is that really so hard?!

Impossible to contact
I ordered new snowboard boots over a month ago, they did not fit. Now I cannot get in contact with DC to create a return. Have e-mailed them 5 times over 30 days, and tried contacting them via facebook dm. Nothing.

Ordered a month ago, still being processed
Ordered shoes for my growing son on April 15th today is May 10th and the order says still being processed. Called to cancel and was told my case would be sent to corporate for review and was given a case number. So far there is no update that the order is being canceled. After reading other reviews it seems like they have been moving to a new warehouse for a few months now. I will absolutely never order from this company again unless they can fix whatever the issue is that's causing them to not ship what you order or give you any other updates whatsoever, then make it hard to cancel an order after it's been processing almost a solid month.
