DC Shoes UK Omdömen 

Haven't received my shoes and only received an automated response from the on line contact form. Unable to get through on the phone, answer phone message states the office is closed during it's opening hours.

Never ever trast that website DC. Uk I have ordered shoes for my son on 24 of May 2026,by today 16 of June 2026,no shoes and no money... A proper scam. I am writing emails almost everyday and no response.. Do not buy from that compony...

Same experience as others recently.
Ordered on the 25th May. They ship from Belgium, and it said shipped on the 28th May.
The tracking link they send you is from DPD Belgium which shows "delivered" but UK DPD shows as in transit to the UK, with the last scan in Netherlands.
Its now 16th June. No update on the DPD tracking. For the last 2 weeks I've tried to contact DC by email, live chat, Facebook and getting automated responses.

I have never had so much difficulty contacting a genuine company.
I've double checked to make sure I wasn't scammed and purchased through the genuine site, and I have.

Only recourse is to contact the bank for a refund.
I have used them in the past and had no issue.

Customer care site is terrible. You get automated response. And zero help. I still haven't received my order and can't contact anyone to find out why.

Shoes never showed up.
Customer service didn’t respond despite several attempts. Will be claiming refund.

Ordered shoes on the 24th of May, still have not received by 16th of June. Says on my tracking it’s been in the Netherlands since 28th of May and no update since. Tried contacting customer service and they sent me a different delivery link that said my parcel had been delivered even though it hadn’t and the original tracking says that it’s still in the Netherlands?? Never received any more contact from support team. Would not order from DC again

Ordered on 23rd May, delivery stuck in Netherlands ever since. DC shoes customer service never responded, had to initiate a chargeback with my bank. Will never order from this website ever again as this company cannot be trusted.

Ordered shoes, almost 3 weeks later I’ve still not got them, customer services ignore my emails, so I’m £60 out with no shoes, tracking says they have been lying at Nederland bv since June 2nd, completely unacceptable, avaoid at all costs

It's been more than 15 days and I still haven't received my order.

I was expecting the order to take a while as it usually does but this time it didn't arrive. I've opened several support tickets and sent 6 emails no response to any of them for over two weeks now.

Haven’t received product and can’t contact customer service either or get hold of them by email

Despite DPD saying they delivered my order 10 days ago, it isn’t here and I’ve had no missed parcel card. Fair enough, these things happen.
I contacted customer services and received a ridiculous AI response apologising that my order is taking longer than expected and supplying the tracking information to show it was allegedly delivered.
No contact from a sentient human, no assistance, despite repeated attempts at contact.
My advice is to avoid ordering direct from DC and order from a UK business with reasonable customer service

I have ordered with DC Shoes successfully before.

This order is a different experience. I had an email confirming that my shoes were delivered by DC shoes. The tracking number is with DPD but doesn't register with DPD. The shoes were not delivered. I was in the house all day.

I have been trying to contact DC shoes customer service for well over a week now and don't get replies. I just get automated emails telling me to reply otherwise my contact will be regarding as resolved.

apart from their excellent shoes they offer a loyalty scheme that looks after their customers

DPD says my trainers have been delivered, but they haven't. No response from customer service and I think my only option will be to contact my bank. I'm inundated with emails about their sale, maybe they should work more on dealing with all of us who haven't received our orders.

3 weeks after order placed and my shoes have not yet been delivered, the only response I’ve received from DC Shoes is an automated reply and have been ignored since. At this point I’d rather have a refund and take my business elsewhere

Apparently my shoes have arrived but I haven't, I've been trying to get an answer to this and have had no response only from an AI. My money's been taken really annoyed by this service and demand my money back and compensation for my time chasing for an answer!!!

Poor customer service. Order has not been delivered yet and the tracking details they have sent are wrong and do not relate to the delivery company they suggest. They will not respond to my emails or enquiries and when I try to ring their offices are always shut. I will have to contact my bank to reclaim my money as DC Shoes will not respond. Avoid.
