Losing “Feith”. Customer service with a bot?
Losing Feith.
I had originally given a positive review on Feith and my experience with a customer service regarding a DVD player replacement. I am losing faith in this company as well as their responses. Originally I was under the impression that “Feith” was someone working at this company under an internship program and that their first language was not English, so the responses were very choppy and scripted. That still may be the case, but after another week of waiting, several more emails and a presumably fake USPS tracking number (still no package received by the USPS to ship or deliver).. the responses are still as flat and choppy and Repetitive. I am fairly certain I am just emailing a bot/robot/AI, and they are piecing together replies that begin to make no sense, the more sentences they add. Not a settling experience.
Update 11/16/21:
A new DVD player arrived via UPS today to the address we provided. Still no update on that original tracking number with USPS (says still awaiting package). But the replacement did ship and arrive. Updated to four stars. Thankful for the DVD player. Lost some sleep over the experience.

So I’m taking my other review down I have never recipes my gift for activating my warranty they had me sign up for all this stuff and like their page. Not only didn’t send the confirmation email I gave them my address which they’ve already had after purchasing their product they had asked for my order number and everything and I did as said. And I’m still confused to why it’s been two weeks and no one’s still has helped me.
- in all honesty I bought the warranty I’m okay with that much just disappointed on top of it they don’t show up on Facebook for me there’s no way to contact them and all of it was frustrating this is definitely a huge lesson learned 😂🤦🏽♀️

Jeush did a good job resolving the Parshall shipment and getting the rest of the units on the way. All items arrived prior to our annual meeting and were well received. I do not believe they have a strong customer support system.

This is my first projector and I LOVE IT! Very user-friendly! The set up was easy and the visuals are awesome to go along with great audio! My family loves movie night! Support replied within 48hrs and was good at helping me. Great product that I'd offer to anyone, honestly.
