The Daygard Logistics Group of Companies include NVOCC’s Freight Movers International (“FMI”) and Cargo Movers International (“CMI”), as well as customs clearance division, Daygard Clearances (“DGC”) In 2003, FMI was formed to primarily handle imports from China and by 2004 FMI had expanded to include imports and exports to/from many areas. Over time, strong relationships have been built with some of the biggest agents in their respective countries, leading to substantial year-on-year growth, and this led to the formation of CMI and then the formation of our Customs clearance brand DGC In the years since it was formed, the Daygard Logistics Group has become one of the largest independent NVOCC’s in the UK covering all major trade lanes and with more direct weekly services than most in the market. A major difference between Daygard and its competitors is that the majority of cargo handled by the FMI and CMI brands are on terms controlled in the UK, meaning better control of the charges the clients pay.

Worst company to choose for import
Worst company to choose for import. They overcharge for delivery and if you cancel it. They start charging for rent. If you select the day for collection . They will give the day suits to them and charge rent accordingly.

First time importing goods to the uk…
First time importing goods to the uk from China. Although they are quick to offer their services they give no break down to the fees. Invoice after invoice making the the goods imported a worthless business endeavor. The cost of the product was £3600.00 to get it to this country. Fees,duty,delivery,tax on renewable energy product was £1500.00 Office give you no guidance or help.

Shipment delivered
I (a returning British expat) had my possessions shipped from California to Southampton. All my interactions with Daygard were handled most promptly and efficiently and their help and patience were greatly appreciated, and my shipment was delivered today. Daygard had a one to one contact support for us. That was so helpful. As I am able to contact directly, it was much helpful. Also the support person Max was very patience guy and guided us through each situation with a warm smile. These custom procedures looked hard in the beginning. If it is not the guidance, it would be hard. Thank you.
