Thanks for taking the time to review us Claire - I'm very sorry to hear you've had a negative experience while dealing with the staff at Daw & Co. I'd be very interested in hearing more about it.
The staff are all under a great deal of pressure and worry due to the company going into administration and their jobs being threatened, and whilst this does not excuse anyone being rude or ill-mannered, I would hope it would serve as an indication why our customer service may not be as good as it should be right now.
Please do get in touch and ask to speak to the manager if you would like to discuss this further.
