No hassle ordering and great staff help
Arrived before time - no hassle ordering, very helpful staff - very friendly and without regard to the small size of my order were keen to get me the best fit and best product and price!
Delivery instructions were to leave the parcel at the back door porch via a side passage to the rear of the house if not in - this was left on the front door adjacent to the road!

Very poor outer packaging
For a packaging company, your outer packaging of the product was appalling.
The package was fully open upon arrival and the strap keeping the contents together had failed.
There was no attempt to stop the product moving about within the outer package i.e. bubble wrap or similar during transit.
Two stars is perhaps too generous!

A Disappointing Experience.
It took two attempts for our order to be delivered. I emailed to say our address can be confusing, but my attempts to help were ignored. I wasn't emailed to say my delivery was on it's way so I wasn't in which meant I had to rearrange delivery. Annoying and unnecessary.
My parcel was as specified and was well presented.
Not overly impressed with the quality of the boxes either. I expected them to be flat, but you have to tape up one of the corners which means there is an inherent weakness. Not ideal.
I would use a different company if I needed boxes again.

The products are excellent
The products are excellent, good value and delivered quickly. It would have been five stars except for the delivery packaging - three large boxes came in an enormous, oversized cardboard package - it would have been simpler just to deliver the three boxes as separate items but now I have huge quantities of cardboard to dispose of. Other than that, no complaints!
