Service, Communication, and a desire to Impress
This is now my 3rd transaction with DavisMoss since I started purchasing investment properties in the Texas area. It has never been harder to be a realtor than today but these transactions for me have been the most seamless for me when they have been in fact the most complex for them due to so many issues in today's environment. Not only that but in today's market, I was able to secure a rental property 20% BELOW their starting offer. How's that for a team dedicated to getting the best deal? I havent heard of anyone getting that from their realtor lately (and I am proud to tell that story)!
Lastly, I am thankful for them taking on and going above and beyond to ensure that the stresses with so many moving parts in the RE transaction were not put on my shoulders but theirs. Certainly grateful for the hard work they put in day in and day out which shows since I am a repeat customer.
Full team, great communication, a desire to win the business and ensure they continue to do so.
