He located qualified contractors, he me mange them, verified their work and in some cases help me get the payments settled. I’ve never seen an agent do this! He got a lot of foot traffic into the house and gave us good advice on market conditions, price points and comparables. He was dedicated to selling this property and really came through for us. All this and his “price was right” with a really competitive commission structure. After everything he did for us I feel like we actually underpaid him. Jason and Super Seller were excellent to work with. He always gave us his honest opinion and got us to the closing table on a difficult transaction. Saving thousands in commission fees was great, but the real value was in his work ethic and determination.

Mostly good with Jason. Not always clear what we should be doing next. Otherwise all was good. But we are old and we are used to dealing with people in person. At our age we would have loved a little hand holding help.
