We take great pride in supplying roses of the highest quality. If any roses are damaged on receipt or fail to grow when our planting guidelines are followed, we will replace them free of charge.

Ordered a potted rose as a gift only to…
Ordered a potted rose as a gift only to discover that I had selected the wrong one. Telephoned customer service who were very friendly and helpful and changed my order to the correct one. The rose was delivered on the selected day, very well packed and looked very healthy and good quality. My friends were delighted with their gift and look forward to seeing it bloom next year. I appreciate the help I was given, customer service couldn't have been bettered, thank you.

Another beautiful rose!
Another beautiful rose - Sir David Beckham - from David Austin. I ordered this rose which arrived prepared for winter but then received an email from them saying they still had the same rose with last blooms. I contacted them as I was a little disappointed to receive mine already pruned & was so thrilled when I had an email back from Antonia who said they’d send another rose in bloom (without me having to send mine back). I received the new rose only a couple of days later which is now flowering beautifully. Amazing customer service…thank you! I will be buying more roses in future.
