I've tried a few feed management tools and Datafeedwatch is the one I've appreciated the most. And the support is outstanding, replies within minutes and are really quick and helpful when resolving any issue I've experienced.

I had an issue, where I couldn't get the right currency conversion working in the feed from Shopify Markets. John from DFW fixed that in no time.

Other than that, he also added a couple of other attributes to the feed, that just made everything better. Perfect experience - thanks.

During our discussion on 7/14 regarding subsequent invoice handling, your company swiftly confirmed the core issues as follows:

1.Although the billing document included our company name and tax ID, it lacked the word "Invoice."

2.The system-generated invoices did not account for credit adjustments, resulting in a discrepancy between the invoice amount and the actual deducted payment.

Your team efficiently consolidated the follow-up actions and reissued compliant invoices that met our requirements, enabling us to proceed smoothly with tax reporting and accounting.

●Future Expectations:
We kindly request that your company adjust the auto-invoice generation system so that if there are any credit adjustments in the future, the system will automatically deduct them from the invoice amount. This will ensure that the invoice amount matches the deducted payment.

I have been using DFW for more than 5 years and I can confidently say that it is the best feeds solution in the market. It is extremely intuitive and makes managing a large number of SKUs a breeze. But what makes it an even better solution is their support. I have never been told that it is not possible to achieve a desired outcome.
