DataFeedWatch is a fantastic platform, but it’s the amazing support I recently received that truly makes it stand out. Massive shoutout to Ivan, who provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced!

I was setting up a new feed for a brand-new region and had managed to get through a good portion of the initial setup on my own, but eventually hit a wall on some of the trickier configurations.

That’s when Ivan stepped in. Not only did he patiently guide me through the roadblock, but he went above and beyond to ensure the data was pushed through correctly. He stayed on top of it to verify everything was 100% correct before we officially updated the feed to Google Merchant Center (GMC).
