Excellent communication and fast despatch. A shame to hear that the physical store had to shut, we all need to support independent games stores as much as we can. I'll definitely shop with Dark Hammer again and highly recommend them to everyone.

Recently brought the leviathan box from dark hammer and I honestly can't recommend this company enough. Fast delivery, excellent packaging and always sending emails to keep you in the loop. 10/10 company will definitely be buying from here again.

I think the site could do with some optimisation to help browse items that are in stock only.

The packaging was absolutely insufficient. The items were simply shoved in a thin mail bag, with no protection whatsoever.

The box of hive guards / tyrans guards was completely destroyed. The plastic wrap completely broken, the cardboard box ripped up,opened, crumpled like a pancake, all the corners shredded broken and ripped open, with the sprues showing at the sides. The middle of the box was caved in as though something heavy and pointy was placed on top of it, and the whole package looked as though it was kicked about substantially.

Luckily, the paint pots did not open, even if the pot of Agrellan earth was battered and the sticker on it peeled off. The models themselves luckily were okay, a corner of one of the sprues broke off but very luckily, nothing else inside was damaged (the build instructions however were damaged at the corner and had marks from the sprues digging into it inside the box).

I appreciate that the items I have ordered were delivered very quickly, but much more effort should be made packaging parcels correctly in order to minimise damage during transit. Considering the poor packaging I will not use your website again, for fear that items get damaged in the post and I would have to go through a lengthy and inconvenient returns process.

Please, package your parcels properly. They should be in a cardboard box, with either bubble wrap,parcel beans, or at least packing paper. The way my parcel was packaged was absolutely unacceptable.

EDIT after reply : it was not an air padded jiffy bag. There was no padding whatsoever. It was a DPD branded thin plastic bag, not much thicker than a kitchen waste black bag. No bubble wrap, no packing paper, no protection. Just shoved inside a very thin plastic bag, and sent like that. I am very surprised the paint pots did not explode everywhere. Games workshop must be making some sturdy paint pots...

Great service and great prices, would recommend to any Warhammer hobbyist.
