I honestly cannot rate Dan Thomas & Co highly enough! Especially the lovely Claire! You guys went above and beyond and supported us the whole way through a really tricky buy/ sale. These guys were my sellers agent (& did a better job than my own), they followed up every email and every phone call and made the whole process run as smoothly as possible. Their communication, professional manner and rapport with customers are exceptional. If ever I move again I will most definitely be tapping on their door.
We can never thank you enough for all your hard work, we are extremely grateful.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Dan Thomas and Co. There was no heavy sales patter, just really excellent customer service, and fantastic communication throughout the whole process right through to completion which was much appreciated!

I approached Dan Thomas for a valuation on my father's property, along with 2 of the High Street chains. It was immediately clear than Dan was the man to go with. His approach was much more personal from the start. He was honest in his valuation and gave details for his suggested plan of action. I felt immediately at ease and felt I could trust him and his team to deliver. And they did! Within a week of asking him to sell the property the photos and details were done and an open house viewing arranged with 20 viewings and a substantial number of offers. (Thank you Jo!) I was kept informed all the way through by phone or personal WhatApp messages.
After the offer was accepted there were some delays which was absolutely no fault of the agent. All I can say is they never put the case to one side, chase ups and follow ups were conducted by Claire and I was updated weekly. As we neared exchange and completion the contact was maintained.
This was probably the best service I have ever had in dealing with Estate agents! Should I ever need to sell my own property I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Being an independent they offer much more personal service. This was a difficult sale for me as my father had passed away, but I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and their care of me as a client.

It is often said that moving house is the most stressful thing you’ll do. We didn’t relish the thought of the process before we set out. All the usual cynicisms came to mind about estate agents. But we are so glad that we decided to book Dan Thomas & Co to sell our cottage.
Even from our initial call to them, we could tell they were going to treat us with the utmost respect. There was none of the schmooze that is sometimes heard from other estate agents. Dan visited us and genuinely took time to listen to our apprehensions and was completely honest and transparent throughout, he really put our minds at rest and, only after we were happy and understood all aspects of the process, set out a plan of action, of which we felt that we had been totally in control of that plan and any decisions made.
Dan introduced us to his colleagues, Jo and Claire, who were equally as helpful, friendly and honest, indeed the whole team were always readily contactable and would always call exactly when they said they would and kept us fully updated throughout.
Claire was very professional and liaised with the agent handling the property we were buying brilliantly and without fuss. Excellent.
