Hygienist was nice and understanding not keen having my teeth cleaned sensitive teeth doesn't help. Reception Team friendly and helpful.

My teeth whitening experience was a great one. All my questions were answered and left me confident of the process. Great dentist too!

Receptionists are always friendly cheerful and helpful as are the dentists and assistants too. The only negative thing i can really say is that my appointments are never on time and are often 20 minutes behind schedule and I always get there 15 mins early so it's a long wait.

I’ve never had trouble so far with the treatment experience at the practice. The dentists have been suitably qualified and skilled. My experience with hygienists have also been positive. However the reception covers and appointment system are suboptimal. On multiple occasions my family members and I have found receptionists to be unhelpful and the appointment system pretty useless. And now the practice has started taking hefty deposit for procedures booked. From private patients. While we know these are profit making enterprises (and rightly so), the mercenary aspect of the practice has become a bit undesirably prominent.

I went to see David my dentist for a crown ,he is always fast and professional one of the best dentist I have had at Damira and I have been going there for over 20 years

This dentist I went to for the first time and staff were very friendly and the dentist was so caring and kind this is the best dentist I have ever been to

On visiting the dental clinic yesterday I found all the staff helpful engaging and the dentist was informative about the questions I asked, well done Damira

Always have a good experience at this dentist, the staff are friendly and always make me feel at ease( I used to be on a nervous patient programme) Very thorough and professional. Excellent dentists, i would highly recommend, since ive been with this dentist, I dont have any apprehension when I have an appointment.

It's 2 weeks since I've had work done on my teeth. The fitment it great and can't fault the procedure.

Great job... had a tooth filling was sharp and he filed it down. He adjusted my denture for me and gave me an X. Ray, which showed that had an infection, and I'm now an antibiotics. He's very thorough and very good, and he's got a great bedside manner. Although I do feel I put a lot on him. First thing in the morning, thank you

Great lady on reception very helpful and friendly. New dentist he was very friendly and gave my teeth and gums a good look.

Our new dentist Joanne had a very caring and friendly attitude to us. This was for a check up.

I made about 150 phone calls to 111 's out of hours service over the weekend ..... eventually to be told no dentist available .
Monday morning one call to Damira Wells next the sea to get no reply but a miracle they saw my missed call and returned my call ,there is a God !! Gave me an appointment within 4 hours for an extraction of a tooth that was so painful i didn't quite know what to do with myself.
What can I say brilliant service lovely staff top marks guys you should be very proud of your selves well done and THANK YOU

As ever a warm welcome at the dental practice, plus a professional dentist and hygienist who it’s always a pleasure to visit for my 6 month check up .

First time at the dentist, only had a check up but everything went good. going back for second appointment.

Excellent service

The dentist and receptionists are always kind and attentive. I am rarely kept waiting, very punctual. Their prices are reasonable (I'm on the NHS)
