The treatment received from the hygienist was excellent.
However, access to the surgery with a wheelchair user was not at all easy. Lack of space and entrance to surgery was difficult. Proper facilities for a disabled person in a wheelchair is crucial for some patients otherwise it becomes a stressful experience.

I telephoned at 10am requesting an urgent appointment for an infection and was offered one for 15 minutes time. Dr Ruba was excellent as always and sorted my problem out with care and efficiency.

I rated Damira Maidenhead with 3 stars due to my experience with Reception.
Although I had 2 backtoback appointments - one for the Hygenist and then a check-up with the dentist, they failed to inform the dentist that I was waiting. When I checked after 25 minutes, they admitted that they made a mistake and not informed the dentist, but their attitude was not great.
As the reception is the face of Damira, they should have excellent customer service.
This negatively impacted my whole experience.
I did raise my concerns directly with the Office Manager.

Didn't wait g to be seen appointment went well treatment wS explained to me before hand ,happy with results, next appointment made.

But when the dentist says he wants to see you in a week time for another appointment and the young girls on reception get a attitude with ya when you tell them this and give you appointment for 5 weeks time REALLY

Friendly reception staff and professional but approachable dental team really put me at ease on my first visit to a dentist for a while.
I am happy to have registered with a good dental practice. I came away feeling more confident about my teeth and feel happy to have a plan going forward with work needed.

From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner.
I saw acan Yu Wen.
I had 2 quite badly chipped teeth.
He filled them and I was really pleased with the outcome.
I can odd smile again.
Would recommend.

Mr. Chi was so professional and kind and put you very much at ease. I had a crown fitted and it looks really good. His assistant was also very professional and interested in you. They both made you feel very comfortable.

I went for a filling dental appointment with Amir, it was professional excellence. The care, competence and kindness made me comfortable. Amir and the dental nurse took extra care to ensure I had the best experience.

A very successful wisdom tooth extraction with no pain or discomfort afterwards. The practitioners were very friendly, engaging and thorough when talking through the procedure and after care.

All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. In particular the hygienist, Kevin Kopr, was very patient, gentle, and understanding. A visit to the dentist is not something I look forward to or enjoy but know it is necessary and this occasion was made better because of their kindness and understanding

Recently had some dental work done at Damira dental studios and yet again I am so pleased with the outcome.
Professional service received, kind reception staff right through to having the treatment done, no pain, and really pleased with dental surgeon and his assistant.
Even received an aftercare email offering advice.
