I used to love them but they've ruined their business. Prices used to be great, shipping was fast. But now you can't even MAKE a purchase. They also promise a rewards system, where you can exchange points for items or discounts. I have attempted to use OVER 1000 POINTS to claim the items or discounts they've promised, it will show the coupon code and item until you get to the payment confirmation screen, then it will just drop the item off with no way to add it back. All they do to fix it? Load the points back on your account... Lot of good that does when you can't even USE them. Now, their payment system is no longer working. You can save a card and billing address to your account, which I've done, and have used for the last few months with no issue. It is automatic and saved to my account, no changes were made, and now it suddenly won't go through. They refuse to even look into the issue let alone try to fix the sites bugs, blaming it on "customer error", like the addresses not matching.. THAT MAKES NO SENSE WHEN ITS THE SAME ADDRESS AS I'VE ALWAYS USED AND IT WAS AUTOMATICALLY SAVED TO MY ACCOUNT!
Do not bother with this company, you will only end up with a headache and frustration. Take your business to Delta8Resellers or D8Gas, at least they have sites and reward systems that actually FUNCTION.

After a couple days went by I sent a message asking when my order would be shipped. I never received an answer from a rep named Mark. He marked my ticket as resolved & never said 1 word about my order. I sent another message & asked why my order was marked as solved when it was still processing & had not been shipped. After Mark told me 2 separate times that my order was processing I never heard another word. I contacted them 1 more time & asked where my order is that it had been over a week since I placed my order & it still says processing. Just to show how pathetic this site is & how unprofessional they responded by saying the product was out of stock & sent a refund after lying to me numerous times stating the order was processing. DO NOT TRUST THEIR CUSTOMER REP NAMED MARK. HE IS NOTHING BUT A LIAR & NEVER ANSWERS QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDERS. He always answers your question with an evasive answer that tells you nothing. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE 100% UNPROFESSIONAL & THEY LET THEIR SITE RUN WILD DURING HOLIDAYS & HAVE NO CONTROL OVER ANYTHING. THEY COULD NOT EVEN FILL 1 SIMPLE ORDER!!!!
