First time customer

First time customer. Delivery was 2 day earlier than expected . The product sent was not what I ordered. With one very short phone call it was hand handled. First person who answered the call very courteous and very pleasant. She pulled the invoice by my order number and sent me a replacement no charge. Great customer service . Will be back. I ordered the cake p 7g dispo and it did absolutely nothing… I’ve had fake carts before that atleast get me buzzed but this did nothing and it came burnt so I threw it away. Shipping was good tho.

Great products

Great products. Wish the was a better description of the strands. Shipping gets a little crazy during sales and holidays. But it’s worth the wait. Keep up the good work team!!!!! Enjoy the holidays with D8!! O YA

Outstanding Service and Great Products

I had an issue with one of my disposables and reached out to D8Gas customer service. The support I received was honestly outstanding — they were quick, helpful, and extremely friendly. They replaced my device with zero hassle. On top of that, their products are consistently great. Easily a 5-star experience all around!

D8 Gas best customer service

So I worked with Monica this time and she was so nice. There was a mistake with my order. I placed it last week and it accidentally got misplaced. The first person I talked to tried to tell me it was protocol that they didn’t send them out till Monday even though I placed my order on Thursday and I just kind of believed it that but then realized it wasn’t gonna get my order in time for Halloween. So I wrote another letter saying I was really upset because it was gonna be two weeks since I ordered this package and I wasn’t even gonna have it in time for what I needed it for. Monica not only apologize for the inconvenience and confirm to me that I was not crazy that the package had gotten misplaced, which happens. And even offered to make it better they have gained a customer for life. All I really wanted was that I’m sorry and they went way above and beyond. I will definitely go here again. I bought from other places and every time there’s a mistake it’s always the post office fault or the customer’s fault and it was so refreshing to see somebody actually take accountability and try to make it right by the customer

Peach Flavor

Definitely an amazing high, wouldn't recommend it for ppl who are just starting UNLESS you cut it up into small pieces probably an 1/8!

Recently before I bought a boutiq…

Recently before I bought a boutiq switch off of the D8 gas website I got one from someone and it was a "medical" grade one it also was only 2g and that one lasted me about a month.

I bought another boutiq switch and this time off of this website D8 gas and it had the same things on which were the lab reports etc etc.

I start puffing on it just like the last one at the same rate and everything. I got this boutiq switch on 10/09 and its already about gone and its only 10/16.
I feel like this is not real and true medical grade products. My blinker count on the last boutiq that I bought not from D8 gas was at 699.
My blinker count on the one I bought from D8 gas is only at 55 and its already gone.
