Great customer service - Legit Site
This was my first experience and it could not have gone better. Everything was done as described, really easy process. Order was completed within expected time window. Customer service was exceptional, there was a small mistake but they immediately corrected it and even compensated me for it. 11/10 - will use again

so my first order was very iffy
so my first order was very iffy. took a while to get my items, but they made it up to me for the wait.. I ordered 2 more times the same day, pretty much no wait on the items and they gave me a little extra to make up for the first experience. very friendly and easy to talk to. would recomment.

They're able to answer any questions I have before hand and when I was curious how everything worked they walked me through everything step by step. 10/10

First I had them help me transfer and the dumped everything and left and after they left the game froze and lost more than half my stuff and didn’t want to fix it, so I had to re buy stuff. And both purchases I had to wait over 12 hours. They say it takes 20-40 minutes.

Hello Eric, thank you for leaving a review, we appreciate all reviews good & bad. I sent you an email to try and work some of these issues out because there's some inconsistencies. There is no communication between us about replacing anything that was lost, so I don't understand how we didn't want to fix it when we weren't even informed about it. There is no email from you, or even a missed chat from you about any issues. We would be more than willing to replace anything that was lost. I also want to apologize for the delay as we were closed. We close overnight because the fillers here have social lives and work and be with family and are unable to fill orders 24/7. It states this in the FAQ which we state to read in your cart, and again in checkout, and again in the email you get when you place an order. If you would be most kind to email me back, I would be very appreciative of it.
