⭐️ 1 STAR – DISGUSTING, DECEPTIVE & UNETHICAL

Cyperglow’s business practices are outright predatory.

I bought this product ONE TIME. I did NOT consent to any subscription. Yet they secretly enrolled me anyway and have now charged my card FOR THE THIRD TIME after I explicitly cancelled and contacted them repeatedly.

Their so-called “support” is a joke. They tell you to cancel online, but when you log in it says “NO SUBSCRIPTION FOUND.” Funny how there’s no subscription to cancel, but they still manage to keep taking my money every month.

This is either gross incompetence or intentional fraud — and honestly, it feels like the latter.

I’ve sent multiple emails and formal complaints. Nothing gets resolved. No real human help. Just delays, excuses, and continued unauthorised charges.

Let’s be very clear:
• Charges without consent
• No cancellation access
• No effective customer service
• Money taken AGAIN and AGAIN

This is not a mistake, it’s a pattern.

If you value your money, DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CARD DETAILS. Once they have it, good luck getting out. I am now escalating this to my bank because Cyperglow clearly cannot be trusted to act ethically.

Be very careful of this company. I bought the product- it didn’t work for me. Without me realising they had set up a monthly subscription . This company is difficult to communicate with. I put a stop on my credit card but they used a different code to get payment. Please take note

SCAM! Do not buy!!!! They have continued to take money from me for months. They somehow how my bank details and keep signing me up to new subscriptions despite blocking them with my bank.

I have had excess hair problems on my face for many years which I have spent trying with all the usual methods and products. Very self conscious about them.
I noticed an improvement after thee first bottle and now after 3 bottles I can really notice a difference and very little regrowth. I am delighted with the result .

Not for removal, but hair growth around the chin area is less inflamed and I get no ingrown hair issues when using this product daily. Even though I still shave, this makes me feel a lot better and I’m not dealing with breakouts of inflamed hair follicles from shaving every/every other day. I will be repurchasing!

This is a scam, be careful not to subscribe to this product as it is nearly impossible to cancel your subscription. I have been emailing them for months to try and get a return address/information but with no reponse. If anyone has a return address please could you let me know. Thanks!

I expected to be disappointed but it seems to actually be working. It doesn’t remove the hair- you have to remove it first- but it definitely slows down the regrowth and makes the regrowth finer. Used on my face and very pleased with results.

I only bought this product because of their ‘100% money back guarantee’ but without the original packaging to tell you where it was sent from, you can’t send it back, which disqualifies you from receiving a full refund. Absolute scam. They will push for 10, 20, 40% refunds without you returning, but it took me over 30 emails back and forward with Mhina writing the same scripted response multiple times despite me laying out clearly that I did not have the original packaging, and as such, could not just mark the product as return to sender. Absolutely ridiculous, I am lucky that eventually a supervisor took over and I managed to get up to an 85% refund, so I’m not left with nothing. The product doesn’t work after months using it correctly twice a day, the customer service is absolutely shocking, wouldn’t waste your time and money. Awful experience.

Within days I noticed a change in hair re-growth-it slowed down and I wasn’t noticing new hair growth on a daily basis. After several weeks of use the hairs are no longer thick and dark, they’ve become much finer and far less of them. I’ve struggled for years and this product seems to be working so far, I’m going to continue using it and update my review as I see results. Definitely give it a try!

This is a scam! Do NOT proceed with them. They lock you into a subscription & then it is EXTREMELY difficult to cancel this. the customer service team runs rings around you in any correspondence & FAILS ~ deliberately to help. Why? Because they r literally taken your money and run! AVOID THIS SCAM operation. Shame on them

Now about your product..Cyperus Rotundus...this oil is truly AMAZING! Even though I did not get the results I expected in the time stated...I kept using the product and after about 9 weeks, I attained GREAT results. I am THRILLED with the results.
